Отдыхали в этом райском уголке в начале сентября. Отель превзошел все мыслимые и немыслемые ожидания!!! Прекрасный дизайн номеров, фойе, территории!!! Идиальная чистота и очень хорошее обслуживание!! Сначала заселились в стандартный номер, через пару дней, за небольшую плату переехали в огромный номер, с большой террасой и видом на бассейн и сад. Номер был великолепен!!! Посетили спа-зону. Заказали оздоровительную программу в хаммаме и массаж. Юлия, по мимо того, что очень красивая девушка, еще и настоящий профессионал!! Ужины, это отдельный ритуал!! Столы сервируют на площадке, с прекраным видом на море!! Белые скатерти, живые цветы, приятная музыка, красивая, дорогая посуда и очень вкусные блюда!!! Перепробовали практически все меню!!! Прекрасный уровень!! Шезлонги и зонтики стоят в саду, что позволяет в жаркие часы находиться в тени! Под ногами мягкая трава...)) До моря нужно спуститься по ступенькам, а если море волнуется, то бассейн с морской водой прекрасен. Совсем рядом есть магазинчики со всем необходимым и аптека.Если пройти чуть дальше, есть много кафе, вещевой и продуктовый рынки. Но в отеле и еда и атмосфера выше на десять уровней!! Отдельная благодарность хозяйке отеля красавице Дайве и управляющему Мураду!!! Мы просто в вас влюбились!!! Всегда во всем помогут, всегда на связи!! Илай, хозяйка ресепшена очень хорошая девушка!!! Бекир, отдельное спасибо за прекрасное обслуживание в ресторане!!! Весь персонал очень гостиприимный, чуство заботы и полной защиты и безопасности присутствовало всегда!!! А это очень важно!!! Convenient location to the beach. Cleaning daily. Russian-speaking staff. Hotel small, rooms spacious and with balcony, beds and mattress strong, sleeping comfortable, hearing is quite adequate. Shower spacious, water pressure is good. On the 6th floor of the hotel only one elevator, sometimes it had to wait quite long. The pool is, the water is quite cool. Breakfast by the type of Swedish table, but its diversity is extremely low, that is, on 2-3 day already tired of the same food. Change of dishes is a minimum. WiFi in the room and hotel in general, worked well, on TV Russian channels 3-5 pc. Total - an excellent hotel with small roughness, I recommend.

I am quite a sophisticated traveler, but this hotel will always remain in my heart 😍 The location is great, across the street from Cleopatra Beach, the balcony overlooks the sea and mountains. The rooms are very creative, stylish, bright and clean. The buffet breakfasts served in the restaurant are very high-quality and delicious. I was very happy to find this hotel. Thank you very much 🫶

I really enjoyed my stay, location was very good . Rooms were very clean. The staff were professional and friendly , specially Mrs Yeliz at the reception very helpful and nice girl. The food , beverages and sweet was great. I highly recommend this hotel for adults . The only bad thing which I will to confirm -only for me- , was they used a cleaning detergent liquid which has a strong smell and I suffered on that as I have asthma but the personal and the housekeepers ( Hadija and Gulaaiy ) took care on my room vey carefully .. many thanks all .

We booked a two-night stay at the hotel, and they put us in a two-room suite with a separate bedroom in the attic. The room was comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen and a wonderful balcony with a beautiful view, a table, and comfortable outdoor chairs. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and there was hot water. We liked it and extended our stay for another three nights. Cleopatra Beach is very close; just walk down the street and you're at the beach, literally 5 minutes. One thing I'd like to point out is that the hotel itself is located on a hill, and the last 200 meters can be difficult for those with disabilities. There's also no elevator. Cons: there's no drinking water upon check-in, but you can buy it at reception. The hotel doesn't provide soap, shampoo, or body wash; bring your own. Our internet was very slow. All these cons are minor compared to the pros, so I definitely recommend it.

Отель и выбраный номер очень понравился. Вид шикарный - горы, море, пальмы, проспект. Питание хорошее, мясо, красная рыба, гриль каждый день. Пожелание - иметь в аптечке на ресепшен медицинский термометр. У ребенка поднялась температура, а в аптечке нет термометра. Убока номера каждый день (лебедей не делают, был веер). Рядом остановка, недалеко автовокзал. Приехали бы еще раз.

I went with my wife and it was a better place than I expected, just the location seemed a little out of place for me, other than that it is definitely a place where you can stay with peace of mind.

За свои деньги (100 долларов на пятерых) отлично. Есть 2 небольшие горки в бассейне. Еда на любителя. Есть свой пляж с лежаками и зонтами. Просите номер с окнами во двор, рядом с отелем кафешка, в которой были завывания под бубен до часу ночи! Персонал ничего с этим не может поделать, говорит, что якобы закон позволяет. Но предложили поменять номер

A good hotel with a great location and friendly staff. The hotel is located almost on the first line of the sea, from which it is separated only by tennis and volleyball courts. From the balcony you can see the sea and a lot of palm trees. Some rooms have bathrooms, I liked the rooms with a bath more than the rooms with only a shower. The hotel has several buildings, some are renovated and furnished new, some are not so, but overall everything is fine. The food is normal. The people on holiday were all good. I liked the hotel too. The staff did not extort money, everyone tries.

HELPFULL STAFF 10/10 cleanliness 10/10 food 2/10 they need to really improve on food , its fine having plain food but some sauces to maybe add extra flavour, was really bland and menu was repetitive , it can be boring the same menu, we arrived late at night and there should be service for late night for customers who arrive late at the resort . everyone tries to sell things to you SPA, or excursions as well , it can be a bit over kill. Apart from that lovely place, location, service.
