Spa Hotels in Warsaw

The hotel is located in the heart of Oldtown and is nice. The rooms are very spacious, clean and the staff is very professional. The only thing is the rooms are big but awkwardly shaped- you have to go to the couch to see the TV and the overall layout of the room is not a conventional hotel. Other than that, the hotel has an old boutique charm.

The room was great, and it's super close to the airport. I stored my luggage on the day I checked out, and the service was excellent.

I highly recommend this hotel. Beautiful service, very clean and comfortable, the rooms are good and spacious, you can see that the hotel is new. The only thing - SPA works until 21:00, if it worked until 22.00 would be perfect, as it was not always possible to get there. In the rest - a great place to stop in Warsaw.

Excellent hotel and location, but disappointing check-in experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, very comfortable and perfectly located. The facilities are excellent, the room was lovely, and overall the property definitely lives up to the InterContinental standard. Unfortunately, my impression was affected by the check-in experience. Check-in only starts at 3 PM, yet there was a very long queue and the process was surprisingly slow. After travelling, having to spend so much time waiting just to receive the room key was frustrating and not what I would expect from a five-star hotel of this level. Apart from this, I really enjoyed my stay and would happily return — I just hope the arrival experience can be better organized in the future

Super nice hotel with awesome location, receptionist are very professional and breakfast is a world-class, animator for children at the Kids club, swimming pool clean and neat., awesome staying.

The design is superb, the hotel is worth visiting. It is also very convenient to go to the old town. The breakfast is also good, with many options, but the serving speed is a bit slow. Two disadvantages: the washbasin is a bit small, and the curtains are not light-blocking (recommended to change), which affects sleep.

Located right in the heart of Warsaw, this hotel offers a wonderfully convenient base for exploring the city. I stayed in a corner room with a bathtub, which was perfectly sized for a solo traveler and impressively functional. In the evening, the room is wrapped in warm, cozy lighting, making it an ideal space to unwind after a long day. I also recommend checking out the rooftop bar — a great spot to enjoy a drink while taking in beautiful city views.

The hotel isn't far from the airport, a taxi ride costs about 30 PLN (approx. €7). They don't offer airport pick-up, but there's a free drop-off service (just inform the front desk in advance, and a taxi will be waiting outside the next day; just tell them your room number when you get in). Remember to bring your own toiletries and slippers (none are provided in the room, though you can probably get them from the front desk if you ask). Also, bring a travel adapter. There's no bottled water in the room, but you can ask the front desk for some – be specific about what you want, otherwise, they might give you sparkling water (perhaps that's what locals drink more often). The breakfast selection is plentiful, with lots of dairy products, and you can even make your own fresh juice. The in-room facilities are decent and meet expectations. Recommended! 👍

The welcoming and communication is a mess! 10 emails also in fb, IG for confirmation of the room, 4 days in advance. At the desk, the hostess told me they are overbooked so they can not answer right away, 4 days ok… I also book a dinner table 4 days in advance, the same mess… I have experiences in many NOBU, always fantastic but this one in Warsaw I really do not recommand!
