Got free parking, but it's just hidden. If you have a car, it's a great place to stay. However, for backpackers on the go, it might not be the best option. The front desk staff are friendly, and the rooms were fantastically clean. My only negative impression was with the breakfast buffet. Since we came up at 9:30 onwards, the buffet line wasn't refilled, mentioning that we came up late. I understand that for two people, there's no need to refill, but at least offer food that's sufficient for two people, as we also paid for the full package. The coffee wasn't hot, and the creamer just floated on it. Good thing there was an à la minute egg counter."

"The location and the spa are the best things about this hotel. Spa personnel were really good and friendly. Everything else was average to bad.
The restaurant food was pretty terrible. They need new chefs!
I bought a birthday package that wasn't set up even though I spent days discussing via email with the hotel staff (3 people actually emailed me to work out the arrangements).
Hotel staff, when you called from the room never picked up, in room dining hardly ever picked up. When they did they said they were busy and would call back - they never did.
I bought a room that had 3 breakfasts per day included. When checking in they said I only had 2. I showed them the confirmation on Trip app. The manager proceeded to argue/seemed annoyed and told me to address it later because it was late. I chose to ignore it because they had already screwed up the birthday package and I WAS annoyed. But this is just the level of organization and management of this hotel.
Overall, this place needs a management overhaul because it's not being run in a very organized manner nor do they seem to care about the little things like greeting people and being nice."

JJen Ng Chin YuI had a great stay at ABC Hotel in Clark. The room size is more than sufficient, providing a comfortable space to work and relax. Its location is very convenient—just minutes from Clark International Airport and right across from SM City Clark, making it easy to get around. The hotel’s facilities are also not bad, with access to multiple outdoor pools, a spa, and high‑speed WiFi that’s ideal for business travellers. The helpful staff and variety of dining options further enhanced the experience. Overall, a solid choice for both work and leisure.

MMakatiThis is our first time at Hilton Pampanga and the ambiance is good.But the room view is not good it's dissappointing.The hotel staff was friendly but the lady in the front desk is not so.If your looking for a place far from busy place,it's good to stay at hilton.

GGuest UserThe location is a bit off the beaten path, but you can walk indoors to many restaurants, shopping malls, and other hotels. There's also a good massage place right across the street. You could easily spend a whole day just at the hotel. The gym is a bit small, but the pool area is quite large. Breakfast is standard, and you might have to wait for a table during peak hours.

MMarimo_ouoHuge thanks to Janine and Ruel for helping us call a taxi—it was a lifesaver since we couldn’t get a Grab for some reason on Sunday morning. This is a great place for a vacation; the staff are incredibly friendly, and the acoustic music in the evening was fantastic. Even though outside food isn’t allowed, the dining options are diverse and everything tasted very fresh. On the downside, we unfortunately spotted a cockroach in our room, and the bathroom water pressure was quite weak with a slightly clogged drain. Overall, though, it was still a great experience.

IIWASAThe location is a little difficult to find. The room is small. Is this price acceptable? There is a pool and restaurant. There was live music on Saturday night, and I was able to relax in the restaurant. They also had all-you-can-eat samgyeosal. You are not allowed to bring your own food, but there are no convenience stores nearby, and the prices for cooking beer are cheap and reasonable. I didn't have time to get a massage, so I couldn't do it. It has a pool and seems to be popular with families. Breakfast was plentiful.

GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at Palette Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were very welcoming, polite, and attentive, making sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and had all the essentials for a relaxing stay. I especially appreciated the cozy ambiance and the attention to detail in both cleanliness and comfort.
The location is also very convenient, close to key spots in the area, yet still peaceful enough for a good night’s rest. The service was consistently excellent — from quick responses to requests to the warm smiles that made the experience even more pleasant.
Overall, Palette Hotel exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and hospitable place to stay. I’ll definitely come back on my next trip!

GGuest UserWe stayed in the hotel for a day. We came from New Clark City, where we participated in the veterans' track and field competition. We chose one closer to Clark SM to make it more convenient to go to Manila airport. If you walk, then SM Clark is less than 1500 m away.
The staff greeted us kindly and helped us bring our things into the room.
Presidential Suite is a great name for the room. The furniture and household appliances are very old and noisy.
The room consists of two levels: on the ground floor there is a dining area, toilet and shower, on the second there is a bedroom.
There is an electric stove in the kitchen, but we didn’t use it, we only heated tea. There is a refrigerator in which we hid all the food from insects.
Bed linen is clean. two double beds. There are sconces and sockets for charging phones above the beds.
Bonus - there are large cockroaches running around on the first floor and there are a lot of small ants in the toilet.
The shower has cold and hot water and a set of towels.
There is a small pool with cool water in the lobby. There is a table and chairs for a comfortable rest.
