"Overall stay was average, first night dine at the terrace lounge which was amazing vibes although food was average, next day breakfast was shocking, smallest selection I ever saw !! As well chair cushion were damaged and dirty, seems table cloth were not change forever.
I have paid decent price of non season period still quality was not upto expectations, room were super clean, staff was humble at front desk and senior F&B managers but low staff were not trained to do deal with guests."

Everything about this property is amazing

Location is excellent
The only thing which I don't understand is at the time of checking in the room they don't tell exactly how many bath towels or face towels are placed in room before or any such amenities but after checking out they will just check the room and tell you very politely that 1 or 2 face towels are missing and you have to pay for it.
My only question to the owner or management team is that how can you or your staff can accuse the guests without even letting us know how many were there before.
We also trust your hotel staff with our luggage while checking in but we don't accuse you for such things.
If the management has made this rule to check the room at the time of checking out then please make sure that guests knows exactly what all amenities are provided by you and the quantity also at the time of checking in.
And if the management has not made any such rule then please take care of these small things as these kind of bad experiences ruins all the good ones.
Hopefully nobody else has to go through this in future.
And yes everyone should do visit this amazing property at least once of they are seeking for relaxing holiday

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay at Lebua Udaipur. What truly stood out was the staff — everyone was incredibly attentive, kind and genuinely committed to making sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of.
We had either lunch or dinner included, and even when something wasn’t quite to our taste, they immediately offered to prepare something else for us. They really went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. A special mention to the management, the reception team and Patrick and his restaurant team — everyone was exceptionally helpful, warm and attentive throughout our stay.
The hotel itself is newly opened and beautifully designed. The entire property has been created to give you the feeling of staying in an old Indian palace, with beautiful details and a very distinctive atmosphere.
A beautiful hotel made even more special by the people who work there. We truly appreciated their hospitality and would be happy to return.

GGuest UserIn the first day the bedsheets were dirty but that was quickly resolved. If you're expecting a decent gym like I was you need to know it's really not well equipped, very few dumbells. Also the TV in the room is very small for the size of the bedroom. Breakfast had 95% Indian local options but apparently 95% of the guests were locals too, so all good.
On the positive notes: staff was great and the bedrooms were super spacious!

GGuest UserI recently stayed for 2 nights at the Udaipur Marriott and had a wonderful experience. The property itself feels truly luxurious and carries a touch of royal charm in every detail. I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a balcony room, which made the stay even more special with beautiful views and extra comfort.
The breakfast spread was outstanding – a wide variety of delicious options, fresh and perfectly prepared each morning. The only minor drawback is that the location is slightly away from the main city attractions, but given the serene atmosphere and quality of service, it was absolutely worth it.
Overall, a memorable stay that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Udaipur.

GGuest UserBeautiful hotel. However we asked the guy in dinning to check if our room have dinner. He said yes and asked us to come 7:30pm for dinner. While we were eating other staff asked the guy what is their room number. We overhead that the guy (can’t remember his name) said let them eat since they have already started. He ignored us because he knew that he gave us wrong information. We appreciated for nice dinner and left but one of staff ran (Meena)to us at pool area and asked as to sign the invoice. We asked why when the guy said we can eat after checking our room number. She said it’s for our record. However when I checked out staff member Ohi asked us to pay 3098 Inr. We were getting late as our transport was waiting. We didn’t fuss about it and paid it because we are not clear on our checkout.
I just want the hotel to refund this cost because it’s not our mistake.

AAkB9Excellent stay with the family. A little rough and lengthy check in, noisy corridors with people shouting across the halls and balconies even late at night. BESIDES the above we had a fantastic stay. Very courteous and helpful staff and teams, great housekeeping, superb breakfast. Will definitely recommend and visit again.
