They lack built-in USB charging ports, which is a standard expectation for modern travelers today. * **Arrival Comfort:** My room was boiling hot upon arrival. A great way to improve the guest experience would be to turn on the air conditioning shortly before check-in so the room is at a comfortable temperature when the guest enters. * **Maintenance Standards:** While it's a new property, the maintenance needs to be managed strictly. Without a high level of attention to detail, the standard of this hotel could easily decline within a few months. **Summary:** It’s a solid choice for a short stay, but updating the tech and focusing on the ”small wins”—like a cool room at check-in—would go a long way in elevating the experience."

"The reception area is quite a large area. Nevertheless it should be lighted up from check-in time (if conserving energy was the reason for the lights turned off) as there was not enough natural light getting through. I had thought i arrived at the wrong hotel as it was dark. Otherwise, the ladies at the reception were courteous, friendly and accommodating. Location wise, it was a nice walk through the food night market from the Cirebon train station."

"The gold type room is very spacious, the bathroom is also spacious, you are given 4 bottles of water, the staff is also very helpful, the only thing lacking is the cleanliness of the room carpet which needs to be vacuumed every day."

"The location is incredibly strategic and convenient for getting around. It's close to two malls, Grage Mall and CSB. Legendary eateries and the palace are only about 2 km away. The room was very comfortable and clean, though I personally found the window a bit small. The staff service was excellent, and the room price was very affordable! It came with standard amenities but also a smart TV! I opted out of breakfast, so I can't review the food. When I arrived, the Wi-Fi wasn't great but still acceptable. There was a temporary water outage, but the staff were very quick to resolve the issue. Overall, considering the hotel's location, the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms, and the service, this hotel is highly recommended!"
