Very quiet hotel, nice pool, but spa and fitness are not 5star hotel quality

The three-meal all-inclusive hotel is not friendly to the Chinese stomach, the dishes have not changed, and they will go out to eat in the next few days. Room decoration, fast hotel style, no toothbrush toothpaste, slippers, bathrobes, no bathtub, no carpet, serious room smell, has proposed to the hotel to change the room, reply to the full room, far from the city, driving more than 20 minutes. (I rented a car) is not convenient. For people from China, it is not recommended!

會因為一個酒店愛上一整個島，太適合度假的酒店了，非常非常漂亮，整個佈局非常大氣放鬆chill。 1.先談服務吧，印象最深的就是維修的師傅，吹風機有點接觸不良維修師傅立馬就來修了，並且非常非常非常的有禮貌，會再三確認方不方便進，還説很期待有一天來重慶玩，也非常可愛的一位大叔，我感受到了非常濃烈的善意和禮貌。前台小姐姐服務也超級好，笑嘻嘻的歡迎我們。餐廳入門口登記的每一位工作人員都非常紳士有禮貌，餐廳絕大部分員工也都很好，（除了早餐鐵板處的一位大媽態度有點惡劣），打掃人員打掃的也非常乾脆利落。 2.環境，酒店環境真的超級漂亮，我在這裏感受到了從內到外極致的放鬆，游泳池那邊設計的太漂亮了，頂樓還有up房間，可以俯瞰整個酒店和遠處的海。而且酒店是全包餐食，每天最期待就是吃飯的時候，自助餐都很好吃，每天種類也都不一樣。

It is a nice resort for a young family. Please note it is quite away from Playa de america beach and on a steep hill. We had our room at the top of the hill, almost felt like going up 4 floors to get to the room. Limited vegetarian options in hot food. This is quite common with any other resort in Canary Islands. So be ready to compromise on it. We got 4 single beds. If you are a couple who need a double bed, this could be a problem 😉. Parking is €5 per day although hotel is far away from beaches. This is something they should provide free. No option outside to park due to steep hill. We requested to move our room lower as my wife has asthma but not much of luck.

The room is clean and spacious, warmly decorated, and the bed is soft and comfortable. I had a good rest at night. The bathroom is clean, with complete toiletries, and the water pressure and hot water are stable. The view outside the window is also beautiful, which makes people feel happy.

Останавливаемся в этом отеле уже 4-й раз. Очень нравится расположение (не более 5 минут до пляжа), отношение персонала (на ресепшне есть русскоговорящая девушка Юля, которая всегда готова помочь). Выбор еды с годами становится немного скуднее и однообразнее (к сожалению, это общий тренд), но даже то, что есть - очень и очень хорошо. При соотношении ”цена\качество”, на мой взгляд - это лучший выбор из тех отелей, что расположены в этом районе. Из номеров с верхних этажей открываются прекрасные виды на город и горы. Однозначно рекомендую его всем.
