Sousse Pearl Marriott Resort & Spa ★★★★★
"Overall, it was a good experience. We had contacted before arriving asking for an early check-in due to traveling with a 2 year old, but no rooms were available. The room was brilliant, and they delivered a cot straight away when we got in there. The pool was great for the little one. Drinks were fairly prompt. When going back to the room, various appliances were not working. A quick word with reception, and someone was there immediately and fixed it all. Someone then came to check 30 minutes later (great service). Had room service. Mixed our order up but they came quick enough and apologized. Salad was tasty, but the jambon and cheese sandwich had no cheese. Breakfast had a good range. Fresh omelets were nice but wish I could have had fresh scrambled eggs."
Hotel Paris ★★

Hôtel Medina ★
"nice hotel very clean and friendly people in the reception"
HOTEL KAISER ★★★
"Conveniently located with working AC! Unfortunately the hotel is is bad condition, the rooms are located next to the busy road which makes sleeping difficult. The breakfast is not worth it and some of the rooms smell like cigarettes."

Residence Boujaafar
"The location was great."
César Palace Sousse
"The location is good, with the beach just a short walk away. The only downside is that the bathroom wasn't very clean. There were no tissues in the room."
Riadh Palms- Resort & Spa
"The hotel is well-located, but the staff was unpleasant. At the reception, they scammed us out of 200 euros, claiming it was for Tunisian residents (even though we are Tunisians living in Tunisia). The food is always the same and not always tasty. The cleaning staff are loud in the hallways and don't clean properly. However, the second cleaner was nice and tried to do a good job. On the positive side, the entertainers and bar staff are lovely and professional. In conclusion, I won't be returning."
Marhaba Beach
"The third day was the same as the second day. The front desk staff was a man named Mohamed who was very nice and could help solve any problems immediately."
Jinene Hotel
"For context, my family and I and I have regularly holiday across Tunisia and regularly use three star hotels, so this review is written from a point of view that we were not expecting the world. However, what we did not expect was a poorly run hotel, with no care or love from any member of staff. This may however be due to the fact that the hotel has clearly been left with little investment, the staff appear to have been there for a number of years and are on their knees due to complaints. The rooms had no working air-conditioning and did not include a fridge or hairdryer. Although set up for three people, we had to argue to get towels. The cleaning staff did a bare minimum job finally changing the bedding on day nine but only once we had stripped the beds and put the sheets outside the door to give them little option. The food was bland at best, often De-ann mostly inedible. Every other night a random spice seems to be added to every dish making them inedible. There is no air-conditioning anywhere in the hotel that works. The lift did not work for the majority of our stay. Not ideal if you’re on the fifth floor and the temperatures are 40° and above. Unlike a review I read previously, the hotel do not provide pool towels so please ensure you take them! If you do decide to still travel, please ensure you post your reviews to warn others"
Hotel Orient Palace
"I like all activities, thank your so mush"
Hotel Marabout - Families and Couples Only
"It was a real good hotel with nice view and well cleaned rooms the service was excellent and the entertainment team was the highlight of the hotel they made our holiday the best"
Hotel Royal Jinene Sousse
"This is an old resort hotel with a nice environment and a beautiful swimming pool. The hotel has a dedicated path to the beach for walking. The beach and the sea are very beautiful, the Mediterranean scenery is beautiful, and the climate is very comfortable. This hotel has rooms with three meals and breakfast and dinner included. It is a buffet style with a wide variety of food, and the quality and taste are also good. The disadvantage of this hotel is that the facilities are too old and the rooms are old and not very clean."
Tui Blue Scheherazade Adults Only
"Home today from an amazing 4 nights with friends. Very clean complex & very friendly, helpful staff. A special thankyou to Bilel for being so attentive and friendly. I would return to this hotel"
Hotel Dreams Beach
"The worst holiday I’ve ever had. It was like staying next to a landfill site. Rubbish everywhere and cats and dogs all over the place. The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful but that is probably the only thing that was nice about this place. Rooms were very dated and run down but were tidied every day. Food was absolutely disgusting and I didn’t eat anything for a week. Was looking for flights home after z3 days. Was very ill when I got back home from there. Never again!!! Felt very unsafe outside of the hotel at night too. Lots of dodgy people hanging around"
Jaz Tour Khalef
"Pleasant scenery, good hotel service, and delicious food"
Thalassa Sousse Resort & Aquapark
"IT Was lovely holiday with amazing team of animation So thé hotel look nice And Thén thé food Is allright thanks guys ❤️❤️"
Hotel Soussana
"The property is well located in the center of Sousse, a short distance from the seafront. The medina is about a 20-minute walk away. The building is basic; the elevator doesn't go directly to the rooms, but to the mezzanines, so you always have to climb two flights of stairs. The room has a private bathroom, a small terrace, and air conditioning. There's no refrigerator. Cleaning is adequate, but not particularly thorough. They often forget toiletries or toilet paper, and I had to ask for them at reception."
El Ksar Resort & Spa – Family Hotel
"We stayed at El Ksar Resort & Thalasso from 3–10 August 2026 as a family of four, including our 13-year-old son and 11-year-old daughter. Sadly, this was one of the worst holidays we have ever experienced. From the very first morning, we had serious concerns. At around 08:00, while we were all asleep, housekeeping entered our room without knocking. Our room also had a dead safe battery, a cracked toilet seat, exposed electrical wiring/sockets, a terrace door that would not lock properly and a fridge that was heavily over-frozen and appeared dirty. Housekeeping did not properly clean the floor, and our bedding was stripped but not replaced. We also repeatedly had to ask for toilet paper. The customer service was extremely poor. Communication was very difficult because English was extremely limited among many members of staff. This made even basic requests frustrating. The food was one of the biggest disappointments. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were poor quality, with overcooked eggs, food frequently being cold and extremely long queues. Service was incredibly slow. By the time you finally got your food, it was often cold. The drinks were either far too sweet or extremely watered down. We struggled to find anything we actually wanted to eat. The pools also appeared dirty and poorly maintained. During the holiday, our 11-year-old daughter developed an ear infection. We were also told that there was no doctor available on site after 17:00 and that we would need to arrange a private call-out if we wanted medical assistance. Most concerningly, my husband and son suffered vomiting and **all four members of our family suffered diarrhoea during the holiday**. We cannot say for certain what caused this, but given our concerns about the food and hygiene, it was extremely worrying. This hotel was advertised as an all-inclusive family resort, but it certainly did not feel like the all-inclusive experience we had paid for. We have photographs and videos of some of the issues and have submitted a formal complaint to loveholidays. We are now asking them to investigate the safety, hygiene, food and service issues we experienced and to consider appropriate compensation. **Families considering this hotel should be aware of our experience before booking.** For us, this was absolutely not the relaxing family holiday we had paid for."
Occidental Sousse Marhaba
"Great entertainment… every night they bring to life a different show. We loved the animation on the beach (Madi was extremely friendly and welcoming)."
