OK hotel but it doesn't deserve 5 stars, I was disappointed with my experience...
Negative points :
Small problem at the entrance: no baby bed in the room not in accordance with the reservation!
Fridge noise in the bedroom which prevents you from sleeping
Building work on the garden side…!

Jaz Tour Khalef is by far one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in! From the staff to the facilities to the rooms everything is top quality - deserves to be more than a 5 star hotel (if it was possible). The staff are an ultimate credit to the hotel especially the waiters, cleaners & entertainers. The rep is great & always sorts you the best deal for camel, quad & boat trips. The holiday as a whole was definitely a favourite & we are still riding the high! Hotel is perfect for couples, friends & families & is in a great location. The only negative I could say is the selection of alcohol available is slightly limited & I’d say if you have typical picky English eaters the food may be limited for you - although there’s always pasta & pizza for those who don’t indulge in the Tunisian food. Tunisia itself was fantastic, again the only negative is the locals do like to mither, but even so, they are all so lovely & friendly. Safe to say we will definitely be returning in summer when the weather is even better!

Amazing staff so accommodating polite and happy to help . A few staff members to mention Slah, Hasna, Imed, Snoousi, Fredj, Ali, Mohammad, Char and Adel are just a few Atomosphere was spot on and all services was great I wouldn’t say much about the pool could do with an uplift Grounds around the outside pool and beach was lovely for a swim and food was a great variety

We're still here (Rebecca and Chris - with the rose) and I have to say that this is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Service is amazing, drinks are great, and the food is top notch. My birthday was on Friday and they brought out a wonderful cake with candles. I feel like we have made friends here and it's such a beautiful place to stay. When you get here, ask for Joe as he will well and truly hook you up with some fun activities. We also bought a fun boat trip from Captain Smiley Miley, which is obviously not his real name but should be. Make sure you check out the medina and be prepared to haggle. We're here until Thursday and I'm so happy we came. Thank you Jaz Tour Khalef for looking after us so well.

Short and sweet review. Fantastic hotel, staff go above and beyond. . Aways a friendly welcome. Spotlessly clean areas throughout the hote. Great food lots of choice. Gardens and pool areas immaculate. Well worth the money. Will definitely book again, rate it 110%

Hi, I arrived today (25/4/23) I’m here with my sones celebrating my older son’s 21st birthday. We had a great flight and used a local cab to get to the hotel. Agree a price before you get in. I paid and agreed €30, he was happy enough with that. Locals prefer to use Dinners to Euros. At arrival at the hotel we were greeted and welcomed with a refreshing cold drink. We were given a form to complete with names of the passengers and passport number etc.. handed that back in. We were told to go have lunch as it was now 1pm and that they would find some arm bands to give us. They also forgot to mention or give us cards to get beach towels, you may need to remember to ask. Come back from lunch and it was chaos around reception. More people had arrived and the re receptionist and staff had no idea what to do. It was almost as if this was the first time they were dealing with visitors staying at this hotel. It took reception 2 hours for them to me and my sones to our room. We arrived at our room and to my despair the room was with a view of a wall. Very disappointed. When I booked this trip I requested a lovely family room with a pool or sea view. Obviously I went to reception to speak to a staff member and Frank has promised to change my room tomorrow. Let’s see!! First impressions are, nice hotel but the staff and service lets you down.

This is our first time at this hotel and what a hidden paradise it is!!! The staff are so welcoming and helpful, NOTHING is too much trouble at all. It’s clean, foods great service is imepecable. The pool area is beyond belief . I can’t say enough how great this place is . Big shout out to Karim at pool bar . See you again in November
