Casa di Cornaro
"The hotel is very close to the pier. The store service is very good, and I notified in advance how to take the key into the room. So although it was very late to the hotel, everything went smoothly into the room. The room is modernly decorated, very clean and comfortable, that is, the bed has a platform to climb up and down. Stayed for one night and was quite satisfied."
Sitia Beach City Resort & Spa
"Great place for a little getaway walking distance to shops and dining in the city centre and a great base to explore eastern Crete from. "
Terra Minoika Boutique Resort
"Terra Minoika is a jewel. We do not believe any other boutique resort on Crete could be so special for the view, kindness, proximity to lovely beaches, Minoan ruins, historic monastery and the incredible details found in the artistry and art objects that envelope the resort. We wish we had planned to stay at Terra Minoika for our entire Cretan holiday as the slow pace and natural beauty, simple tavernas with lovely food (and again, the kindness and welcome of the owners) is our idea of perfection."
Ella Rocrita
"We came as a family of 20+ people, the place is lovely and great to take a break from day-to-day life."
Porto Kaza
"Our stay in Porto Kaza was simply wonderful! The hotel is beautifully maintained, extremely clean and thoughtfully designed. The location is fantastic- within walking distance to the center of Sitia and the harbor, yet still peaceful and quiet. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped, just perfect for a comfortable stay. The view from the balcony is also a lovely bonus, offering a stunning view for our morning coffee and breakfast. The hosts are incredibly welcoming, helpful and attentive. Overall, Porto Kaza is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Sitia. We cannot recommend it enough!"

"Absolute joke of a hotel. We booked to stay for 29th July 2025. As of February 25, we started to see worrying signs of people who had booked for May, having their trips cancelled as the hotel wasn't going to be ready. I contacted the hotel reservations to be told the hotel will be fully open by the start of July. I again contacted them in April to be told yes, everything will still be ready for July. Today, 21 May 2025, I have received an email from my booking company saying the hotel is closed until 2026 and they are offering me a different hotel which looks nowhere near as good. Absolutely disgraceful, leaving it so late that we will struggle to find a new hotel to accommodate all our family at such short notice."
Lithos Traditional Guest Houses
"Staying at Lithos Traditional Houses was an unforgettable experience that perfectly blended comfort, authenticity, and Cretan charm. The property is beautifully designed, with traditional stone architecture and warm rustic details that make you feel immersed in the island’s history and culture. At the same time, all the modern amenities are there to ensure total relaxation and convenience. The houses are spotlessly clean, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated, offering both privacy and stunning views of the surrounding landscape. Waking up to the sight of the mountains and the tranquility of the village was truly special. What really sets Lithos apart, though, is the hospitality. The hosts are incredibly welcoming, attentive, and genuinely eager to make your stay memorable. From offering local tips and recommendations to small touches that made us feel at home, their care and kindness elevated the whole experience. The location is also excellent—peaceful and authentic, yet within easy reach of beaches, hiking trails, and traditional tavernas. It’s the perfect base whether you want to explore the island or simply unwind and enjoy the serene atmosphere. In short, Lithos Traditional Houses captures the very best of Crete: tradition, beauty, and heartfelt hospitality. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already planning our return."
Castri Village Hotel
"The hotel is located in the heart of the city centre and is located in the heart of the city centre. The hotel is a very good place to go to the beach where there are several taverns ."

"This small family-run facility (approximately 30 rooms) with a pool facility, a shady parking, tennis area, a cozy breakfast area, quiet beautiful reading corner with sofas and a beautiful bar and lobby/reception is located in the middle of an olive grove and Other beautiful trees (tamarins, lemons, etc.) and flower woods (Oleander, jasmin, etc.). The view of the green plant sea and the sea, the mountains are simply spectacular. The breakfast included in the price is made of local products and offers everything that is good breakfast (eggs, various bread variations, self-made cakes, Greek yoghurt, honey and confectionery, sandwiches, cheese, sheep cheese, Tomatoes, olive oil, herbs!, orange juice, ananas juice, very good coffee, milk, tea: Greek mountain tea, black, hot and cold water). The breakfast care is great, everything is being filled on a continuous basis, but starts before breakfast with a smile and friendly "calimera". The entire facility is incredibly maintained and clean, everything smells, Both outside and in the rooms. The rooms themselves are with good beds with mattress, a very efficient air conditioning, boxes, table with large mirror and seats, luggage area for the bag, bathroom with shower, A soundproof and a generous balcony with table and two seats tastefully equipped. All is lightning clean, daily room cleaning, towel change if necessary. The cotton products are of high quality. We were mainly taken care of Aristides, one of the sons of the owner. He was heartily aside with advice and act, his proposals to explore the area and the taverns can be trusted unseen! Absolute recommendation, who is looking for a quiet stay with enchanting staff and pleasant and exciting loving guests (Ruth <3). By next year, warm greetings, Claudia and Wolfgang"
