The hotel was in pristine condition when we walked in. We had a lovely greeting by the receptionist, Sarah, at the time, who made us feel extremely welcome and was very open and friendly. Later, after being in the room, we then went to the bar, where we were served very quickly and very efficiently. My wife and I would like to give a very special welcome to Jen and Andrea, whose customer service skills are again exceptional and treated us like family. Nothing was too much trouble for these people, and they are a credit to Travelodge. The room was pristine, very comfortable, and we had a lovely sleep. The shower was brilliant."
