My house is being renovated these days, so I stayed here temporarily for a few days. Holiday Inn is a more traditional and classic chain brand. I feel very relieved to stay here. It is also the choice of many foreign tourists. When I had breakfast in the morning, I actually felt like I was in the ”White Lotus Resort”. Many of the staff here are locals, and the service is very dedicated. There is free parking at the entrance of the hotel, which is very good. For the same price, Holiday Inn is definitely the first choice.

I stayed at this hotel for four nights and was truly amazed by the kindness and professionalism of the staff. The location is excellent, very convenient for getting around, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options.
What impressed me the most was how helpful the team was — they even helped me transfer my three huge suitcases from another hotel quickly and efficiently, without any hesitation.
Throughout my stay, they were always attentive, welcoming, and made sure I had everything I needed.
The hotel is very clean, well-maintained, and offers all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
I would definitely recommend it and would love to come back!

The front desk also puts the four famous books. I borrowed one to read that night. There are also many places to eat around. RT-Mart and KFC are opposite.
Service: The service of the front desk lady is good. She is gentle and considerate and helped to upgrade the room. Overall, I am quite satisfied. It's 400 meters from Luonan New Village MRT Station and a 10-minute walk to Luonan Night Market. The night market was bustling, so I bought some snacks to enjoy back at the hotel. It was great to watch variety shows on my phone while eating. After quickly helping me check in, she introduced the hotel's facilities and equipment and sent me to the elevator. It was very considerate. After entering the room, I felt that the floor was not too high. They only had 13 floors at the highest. I lived on the eighth floor, but it was okay. It allowed me, a person with sleep disorders, to sleep well at night. I thought it would be noisy next to the road, but later I found that it was indeed very quiet when the windows were closed. There are few cars on this road. It is a very suitable place for living. It is comfortable. Their breakfast variety is a bit small.
