房間整體感覺還可以，就是一開始的時候房間空調不熱，和老闆反映了情況，就給換了一間，服務態度挺好的，但是可能是設備老化了，新房間的空調聲音非常大，幸虧帶了耳塞，其他的都還可以吧

The Junting Hotel (Wujiaochang Branch) is conveniently located, just a 300-meter walk from Exit 10 of Metro Line 10. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, making the area very lively. The hotel lobby is small, but the rooms are great, spacious, and the bedding is quite comfortable. The hotel also offers complimentary late-night snacks. Overall, recommended!

However, the experience was truly awful – chaotic service, no parking, and the room wasn't ready even after an hour-long wait. Arriving past 8 PM, I still couldn't check in, so I reluctantly canceled the reservation. Fortunately, I found Fraser Place Serviced Apartments at the last minute. Although a bit pricier, it exceeded all my expectations in every way: ✅ Convenient Location: Less than three kilometers from Xinhua Hospital, making it easy to get there by taxi or car. ✅ Pet-Friendly: Allows small dogs, which is fantastic for families traveling with pets. ✅ Free Parking: The hotel has its own parking lot, and you just register your license plate for free parking during your stay – very convenient. ✅ Well-Equipped: Rooms come with a washing machine, microwave, range hood, etc., making it suitable for both short and long stays, feeling just like home. ✅ Excellent Service: Even checking in after 10 PM, the front desk was quick to respond and professional, a world apart from my previous experience at Home Inn. This experience truly made me realize that when choosing a hotel, you can't just look at proximity and how new it is; service and amenities are key. If you're also traveling with a pet for medical treatment or need a long-term stay, I highly recommend this place. Spending a little extra is worth the peace of mind and convenience. Great for the price. Friendly and helpful hosts. No English spoken at all, not an issue for us as some of us speak Chinese but may be difficult for those who don’t. Would rebook and stay again - a comfortable nights sleep with 3 children in tow.

I came to Fudan University to study and checked in for four nights. Upon check-in, I realized the room was incredibly small, so I paid an additional 120 yuan for a slightly larger room. The room size, location, and amenities were all acceptable, and the toilet and bathroom were separate. On my first day, I noticed a foul odor in both the toilet and bathroom. On my last night, while showering, I discovered tiny black maggots crawling on the bathroom floor. The next morning, I saw several more black maggots crawling on the bathroom floor. They must have crawled up from the bathroom drain. I originally filmed a short video, but the maggots were so disgusting, I won't share it with everyone.

Stayed for three consecutive days. The hotel's location and sanitary environment are very good. Any problems were solved in time. Sorry for the trouble~

I stayed here while attending a paper sculpting event. The room was conveniently located near the office building where the event was held and Wujiaochang. The large floor-to-ceiling windows were a nice touch, and overall, the place was pretty clean. There was a wide variety of food delivery options available, which was great. However, the street directly facing the hotel was under construction, and the noise continued rumbling on until the early hours of the morning, which was incredibly annoying.

這個價位性價比蠻高的了，房間小。不過床品很乾凈。隔音不是很好。好在邊上住的人也不算吵。地鐵有感覺，但不影響。我睡眠淺的人也能睡得蠻好。離地鐵站和長海醫院也不遠。下次小朋友考試還會選擇住這裏。

It's clean and average. The motel is definitely not as what's been advertised. Interior space is smaller than expected, reception was tiny, no public restroom before check in. For two people business room, the default is only one room card. I paid additional bond to get a second card but this option was not explained to me in the begining. I chose it because the location is close to Fudan Management School, however in hindsight, I should choose Pagoda hotel for a better experience for double the price. In general it is acceptable, the wifi, aircon and hot water is good.
