The hotel facilities are complete and well-maintained, easy to use, and very clean. The location is excellent, very close to Huashan Hospital, which is very convenient. The service attitude is warm and appropriate. It's a great place to stay for business trips, medical visits, or general travel.

The room was okay, quite functional despite being a bit old. Some hooks were broken. Service was fine. You have to ask the front desk for toothbrushes and other toiletries, as they're not provided in the room. There are tons of restaurants nearby, and a great soup dumpling place is just a short walk away. Delicious, haha 😂

The tile floor in the room was a bit slippery and greasy. The location is decent, about a 5-minute bike ride from Jing'an Temple Station, but a bit of a walk. I was woken up by a 'thumping' noise from around 7 am, which didn't stop until past 8 am. Since all rooms are tatami style, housekeeping should pay more attention.

Very convenient location. It’s not far from Nanjing Road and close to a metro station (this line goes directly to the airport, which was very convenient), with a bus stop nearby as well. It was easy to get around the city. The hotel was a nice place to rest after a long day of exploring Shanghai. The room was comfortable, the staff were helpful, and the breakfast was pretty good. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel!!!

Although the room was small, it had a great design aesthetic and was very comfortable. It's only a 5-minute walk to Jing'an Temple Metro Station, which makes it super convenient to get anywhere in Shanghai. Plus, it's great value for money, and the front desk staff were really friendly! 👍🏻
