We stayed in a themed family room with a large bed and children's bunk beds, offering ample space. The room was packed with thoughtful details: a dual peephole design, children's bathrobes, small slippers, and kids' toiletries were all provided. The biggest surprise was the in-room treasure hunt game – following clues to unlock a coded box and receiving an exclusive LEGO gift. The kids were completely absorbed in solving the puzzles and had a blast. There are abundant activities within the hotel, including LEGO building sessions, a swimming pool, and continuous themed performances. Even without leaving the hotel, children can play all day long. The staff were friendly and responsive. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including LEGO-themed dishes. The overall immersive experience is superb; any young LEGO fan won't want to leave. This is the perfect place to stay for a two-day trip to Legoland ✨ We'll definitely come back to experience other themes next time!

I brought my two kids for a one-night stay during the holidays. Upon arriving at the lobby entrance, the hotel staff were very enthusiastic about helping us with our luggage. Then a little mishap occurred – I made a silly mistake and stalled my car. The doorman told me I could park it there temporarily to check in, but to move it to the side. However, I couldn't find my keys, and the car wouldn't start. A kind young man helped me look for them and reassured me not to be nervous. After searching for a long time, I finally realized the keys were in the luggage we had just brought in. It was a bit embarrassing but didn't spoil my mood for checking in. When checking in, I was told that the themed room wouldn't be ready so quickly as it needed cleaning. I then requested to switch to a standard room so we could check in earlier. I was told they upgraded me to a room with a small balcony, thank you! My first impression was that the room was very bright and clean. The kids practically stayed in the room all day, not even wanting to go to the pool. They weren't interested in the hotel's game room either. The pool opens at 9 AM, which is later than most hotels. Dinner was at the Chinese restaurant on the second floor. I ordered roast pigeon based on reviews, and my daughter wanted mango pomelo sago. I tried to use a group purchase voucher, but was told only one voucher could be used per order. I asked if we could sit at separate tables and use an external phone to buy it, but the waitress seemed a bit reluctant, so I said never mind and didn't order it. I felt this was not very flexible. Also, it took about 15 minutes after we sat down for them to pour water, and I had to ask for it. After asking, I still had to wait. I asked the waiter if pouring water was self-service – it was ridiculous that two waitresses were serving the very loud foreign guests next to us.... Around 7:30 AM the next day, I went to the gym for a run. There was no one there at first, but then two people came a little later. Going early when it's quiet was quite pleasant. Afterwards, I planned to go for a steam bath while waiting for the pool to open at 9 AM. After swimming, I went for breakfast. The room included breakfast until 10:30 AM. They started clearing up promptly at 10:30 AM, and the staff didn't even announce a 'last call' to guests. At 10:37 AM, when I went to get something, I actually saw the restaurant manager taking a pan-fried dumpling 🥟 directly from the pot with their bare hands to eat, RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY EYES! I specifically asked a staff member what position the woman in the black suit held, and she told me it was their manager. The chef, who was wearing a similar black uniform, was right next to her and must have seen me witness this scene. I chose not to confront them directly, but shouldn't food be tasted with utensils before being served? Eating directly with hands in front of guests in a restaurant is a bit ungraceful, especially for a star-rated hotel.

We stayed at the Windsor Hotel with our child for our Legoland trip, and the overall experience far exceeded our expectations. I must highly commend all the staff at the hotel. The front desk lady was warm and meticulous, checking us in efficiently and smoothly. She patiently explained the shuttle bus schedule for the park, gave tips for visiting, and thoughtfully answered all our questions about traveling with a child. Other staff members were also incredibly considerate, gently interacting with our little one. The free shuttle service was convenient and reliable. From check-in to check-out, the service was attentive and heartfelt, with warm touches everywhere. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and it offers great value for money, making it very hassle-free for family trips.

I booked this hotel for my trip to Legoland, and I'd like to give an objective review for everyone's reference. After reading this, you should be able to make a decision: Facilities: The hotel is relatively new, so the facilities are excellent. The sofa is clean, and the small partition design in the living room is brilliant, perfect for those who like to use their laptops at night. The only downside is the toilet flush, which is incredibly loud – loud enough to wake up the whole family. Even our deepest sleeper, a child, was woken up at night... Hygiene: Someone in my family has a sensitive stomach (not a bad thing, as we often eat out, but if something is bad or unclean, they immediately get an upset stomach, like a human 'tester'). After eating the hotel breakfast, they had diarrhea and watery stools. I'm not sure why, so if you have a very sensitive stomach, be careful. Others had no issues. The bleaching agent for the bedding was just right; it didn't cause any allergies but was still very clean. The only negative point is the charging area in the hotel parking lot, which reeked of urine. It was unbearable, and it felt like no one was maintaining or cleaning it! Another regrettable point is the lack of a swimming pool. However, the children's play area, though not large, is still fun and quite unique. Environment: The hotel is right next to Legoland, so its location is on par with the Legoland Hotel. A few extra steps are negligible, and there are plenty of dining options nearby, with a wide variety of chain restaurants. Service: The service here is a bit lacking, especially at the front desk. On the first day of check-in, they said we couldn't check in until after 3 PM. When we went back after 3 PM, they only gave us one room (I had booked two). We went to explore the area, and they said they would call me when the room was ready, but they never did. We had to go back and ask around 8 PM, only to be told the room was ready and they had forgotten to call. Unbelievable! At one point, I went to ask, and there was an idle staff member at the same counter where I was checking in, but he didn't inform me. He told me to go to the check-in line, which was taking forever. I thought they would call, so I didn't wait, but the call never came. My package included a blind box, but they didn't give it to me during check-in. Later, I went to ask for it, and they seemed surprised and questioned me several times as if they thought I was trying to trick them. After questioning, they gave it to me, but there was no apology. It's like, if you paid for a blind box package and you don't ask for it, and they forget, you're on your own – they won't give it to you. And there was no apology for forgetting to call. It feels like there are some issues with their processes and management. Overall, because this hotel is very close to Legoland and its facilities are indeed new, I still recommend it. It's a good choice if you're coming to Legoland.

I booked this hotel for Legoland. To be clear, the breakfast was incredibly plentiful – the most abundant and delicious I've ever had at any Ji Hotel, especially the beef and chicken noodle soups. However, there were some drawbacks: 1. At check-in, the staff insisted I download the Ji Hotel app. I told them I booked through Ctrip, but they said it was necessary to redeem the order. I don't understand this; it's the first time I've encountered this. What's the point of booking through Ctrip then? Crucially, after downloading it, I didn't redeem any coupons, so I suspect the front desk staff have download KPIs. 2. The hotel isn't close to Legoland; it takes about 20 minutes by taxi. There was smoking in the hallways and downstairs, and the rooms often smelled strongly of smoke. There was also a fight; around 10 pm, it was very loud and lasted for half an hour without anyone stopping it, and the insults were very offensive. 3. During peak laundry hours (8-9 pm), there were long lines for laundry. One hotel staff member, an older woman, was washing and drying a pile of her own clothes, including her underwear. 4. I stayed for two days. On the second day, I asked them to clean the room. When I returned, I found clothes scattered in every corner of the room. At least other brands of clothing would fold up and put on the bed. Their service awareness is quite poor.

Since it's a relatively new hotel, the accommodation area is still undergoing expansion. On weekends, it's not very crowded, making it exceptionally quiet and perfect for unwinding. The service was quite friendly, though dining options nearby are limited. A special shout-out to the bartender at the bar – it was a very enjoyable and relaxing getaway. Breakfast was semi-buffet style with fresh fruit and good quality ingredients. We received a free upgrade to a suite, which was very clean. As expected in areas with a lot of greenery, there were a few more mosquitoes, but it didn't detract from our stay.

Excellent! This is my kids' favorite hotel. There were so many other children for them to play with. The owner was super helpful, providing rides whenever we needed them. Although breakfast was simple, it was very healthy and well-balanced. This time we stayed in two different rooms; unfortunately, we couldn't book the slide room this time. 😄 But my kids loved both rooms. The bathroom fixtures and water heater were all great quality. The owner even gave us a little gift. Sadly, my child cherished it so much that they accidentally left it on the train during a transfer. 🙁 The hotel is very close to both the station and Legoland, just a few minutes away.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a 3-minute drive from Jinshan North Station. The surroundings are vibrant and offer plenty of dining options. For Chinese food, there's a newly opened restaurant right across from the hotel – cross the bridge, take the first right, and it's about 200 meters down on your left. Their cola and lemonade are really authentic. Previously, staying in the village made dining inconvenient, but here, supermarkets and fruit stalls are all readily available. Transportation is also very convenient, with a bus stop nearby. Regarding the hotel itself: When judging a hotel's cleanliness, the first thing I look at are the pillow inserts. This place is newly renovated, and the duvet and pillow inserts are pristine white – a sparkling white that makes you feel comfortable enough to sleep in just your underwear. The hardware facilities are also excellent; the air conditioning is new, and the hairdryer has no strange odors, which is great. The owner is also very nice, a truly genuine person, and the front desk staff are very gentle. Overall, the experience was great and highly recommended!

Recently, they've added handmade kiln-baked bread, a unique and heartwarming experience. Slow-baked in a traditional brick kiln with fruitwood, naturally fermented and without added preservatives, every step from fermentation to baking is imbued with the warmth of handcrafting. Watching the dough slowly rise in the kiln, smelling the increasing aroma of wheat, and experiencing the warmth and fragrance of the bread upon baking is incredibly comforting. You can even participate in the baking process, transforming the rustic charm into a tangible beauty. Stay here, and you won't be in a rush. Simply stroll, savor the moment, and let life unfold gently in the sunlight.
