"The staff, especially reception were excellent. The amenities were also excellent, the issues we faced were the cleaning staff even with the “please clean room” light on, they do not clean it. We had to contact the reception every time. The fire alarm on my second night turned on from 2:30 AM till 3:30 AM. The disco music was very loud from different night clubs inside the hotel, with no signs of improving the guests’ experience in this matter."

"Overall, a great experience and definitely worth a visit. The desert scenery is beautiful, and the hotel itself is lovely. They even have a tennis court if you want to play! The environment is clean, the service is good, and breakfast was delicious."

"A good, clean hotel for a transit overnight stay, not far from the airport. Perfect for a shower and a good night's sleep. We had a non-smoking room. The beds were very comfortable. The room had everything we needed, including bathrobes. The location is excellent, with many late-night supermarkets nearby. They have a 24-hour front desk and wonderful, friendly staff."

"Great hotel and easy access to metro and some of the downtown attractions. Room was silent and perfect for sleep with a truly huge shower, and the rooftop pool and gym were nice amenities to have. I arrived very early and they offered me to go into the room for an extra charge… it wasn’t a lot of money and I guess they need to make up for the lack of tourists at the moment but most sizeable hotels let you in early early if the room is ready. It’s not a deal breaker as everything else was good enough to recommend the place, depending on which attractions or part of town you want to be in."

"The location is excellent, within walking distance of MIA, the National Exhibition Center, Mina District, and the metro station. The breakfast is truly fantastic; a good, hearty meal will keep you going until dinner, saving you time for sightseeing. The bed is very comfortable, and there's ample desk space in the room. As for the downsides: the carpets and upholstered sofa chairs looked dirty and old. The room was cold, and coffee and sugar packets weren't replenished promptly enough."

"Lovely and clean hotel. We got upgraded to 1 bedroom apartment on arrival which was nice. The room had everything you need from shaving equipment to toothbrush and toothpaste. The room had a kitchen which had a washing machine, a living room area with extra television and an extra WC for your convenience. The bedroom was en-suite with bath and shower. Breakfast was amazing. So much variety and the staff couldn’t do enough for you. Really loved it."

"I lived in Doha many years ago, so I booked the rooms in this hotel for the location which is excellent. I have also paid a good rate as I booked those quite in advance (about 50 quid per night, per room). Unfortunately our staying was not that great. I am not really happy to write this review, because all the staff are extremely polite, courteous, and well mannered, all of them, really nice staff. However, feedback and reviews are given 'here and now', so to better describe the circumstances encountered during the visit. PROS - Very easy/hassle free check in/out, strong wi-fi, polite staff, super location, amenities near by and on site, comfy bed, super shower, overall cleanliness of the hotel. CONS - Upon check in, I asked for two rooms not near the lifts, as it could get busy and noisy. The receptionist said 'ok no problem' and, guess what, one room was far from the lifts, but my one was right next to it. Upon entering the rooms, in my room the bath mat was missing and I had to call them asking for one. In the other room, there was a tray with food leftovers in the fridge. Considering that the rooms were just been cleaned up, it is really bad. We had to call the house-keeping to have it removed and the fridge cleaned. The hair drier is kinda secured/clipped to the wall and it cannot be taken to the bath. I asked how we are supposed to dry our hairs if the drier is not in front of the mirror, they replied 'use the TV screen as a mirror!'. The coffee mugs and drinking glasses were never changed or washed, we had to wash them ourselves. On the kitchenette top, there was some coffee powder, that was never wiped off during our entire stay. Once back in the room, on the first evening, I realized that there were 3 pillow cases missing out of 4. I had to call them up asking to bring some and put them on. The house keeping were always missing something everyday, and we had to call them many times. The lifts are key-operated but they only allow the guests to their room floor. Mine was on 9th floor, the other was on 7th floor. We had to use the staircase if we wanted to go to each othe room which, by the way, was dirty. They have a metal detector at the entrance which is very noisy. The lobby is kinda smallish and gets cramped and busy at a times. Overall, it didn't feel like a 4* hotel, but more of a budget hotel. The house-keeping needs to improve and so the room cleanliness."

"Staff lovely had us checked in quickly as we arrived late - hotel was fine I didn’t realise I booked smoking floor - smell was terrible - view from room outstanding - the nouse from the nightclub a little loud even in the 10th floor but was nothing compared to the two middle eastern men who talked all night with their door open it felt like they were in our room - would stay there again when traveling through Doha"

"We spent three nights here during a long layover, and the hotel is excellent for transfers. It's about a 15-minute taxi ride from the airport, and within walking distance of the National Museum, the Museum of Islamic Art, Souq Waqif, and the Corniche. We had a half-board plan; breakfast was standard, with enough options, but it felt like things weren't very fresh. We opted for dinner because of our child, so we wouldn't have to search for a restaurant nearby. Dinner was à la carte: you could go to the Mexican restaurant or order room service with more European cuisine. Overall, dinner was decent; it was a three-course meal per person with generous portions, and everything was quite tasty. The view from the window of the bay was beautiful."

"The hotel was well located around all our intended activities. The staff were really nice and very helpful. The meals were very good and varied, didn’t go wrong with doing full board. The only down side of the hotel is their internet connectivity through WiFi, it was really really poor we exhausted our data travel limit as we couldn’t call family back home in the UK. Other perks compensated for the bad internet. I’d advise the hotel looks into this."
