"The hotel offers a free airport shuttle. Filipinos really have excellent taste in music! It was a delight listening to great music while enjoying the views of the distant volcano and street scenes. They even gave our child a bag of candy at check-in. If you need anything, just make a call, and a staff member will bring it very quickly. Regardless of whether you've finished them, the hotel replenishes the toiletries every day – very thoughtful. It's only a 50-peso tricycle ride to SM Mall. I also noticed they offer in-room massages and day tour bookings. We made a last-minute booking for a driver that morning, and he waited for quite a while since he was far away. I recommend booking the night before. The driver was incredibly attentive throughout our trip, always keeping an eye on us while we explored. We just walked around, and he'd follow closely in the car. I once hired a driver in Xinjiang, and they weren't nearly as attentive. This level of service is a first for me! It really makes me envy wealthy people, haha. My only regret is not booking a mountain view room, but you can still get beautiful volcano views from the rooftop bar's balcony and even from the parking lot. The water quality in Legazpi isn't great; the filter turned brown instantly when I turned on the tap. I recommend bringing a filtered showerhead. On our second night, the power went out nine times. Also, the breakfast wasn't very good."

"Such a great experience in this hotel. We stayed during the new years so our experience may have some difference to others. Love the place and ambiance of Spanish colonial architecture. We booked the family rooms with 10 pax each. Both rooms are wide and well designed. The other room located by the parking has some privacy concerns as it opens directly to the entrance drop off and its doors are not acoustically treated against noise. Location wise, the hotel is near the city center. You can either walk or ride a tricycle around town. The prices are really cheap for the ambiance you get. Sourcing food was our only issue especially breakfast or on the spot orders. They took time to be prepared. But then again, it was the holidays. Most cafes and restaurants nearby were closed so we adjusted to it. Staffs were really accommodating and friendly. Service feels more of a relaxing tone than a formal and strict one so we felt like at home just hanging around the compound. Highly recommended place especially for the cost."

"This is my second time with them as its very closed to where my business need todo, the hotel is much better improvement they have a wide stairs no elevator had a firm nice comfortable bed with sift pillow and a heavy blanket, nice good size room although the bathroom is a bit smaller they have a hot water in the shower, kettle to
make a hot water for coffee or tea, the bath soft and shampoo is empty. The just behind the gaisano mall and pacific mall very convenient walking distance to sm mall as well. I would stay there again if I can return to legaspi."

"Hotel is Good. Clean, very responsive to my needs, its just that what I booked on the hotel rooms is not air-conditioned and its my fault that I haven't read it saying that it wasnt air-conditioned. No breakfast available so it was just fair. Thanks a lot, God bless!"

"We stayed at Misibis Baygarden Resort from July 11–13 and had a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. The resort offers a peaceful atmosphere and beautiful surroundings — perfect for unwinding.
There was a minor issue with my request for unscented linens and no air freshener due to allergies, which wasn’t addressed at first, but the staff quickly made up for it by upgrading us to another room, which we appreciated.
One area for improvement would be the internet service, which was quite unreliable during our stay.
Overall, it was still a pleasant experience, and we look forward to coming back"

"I would highly recommend Proxy Hotel in Legaspi City to my officemates ,our international visitors in the university, my business partners and their families. The breakfast buffet is superb. My family loved the place, the coziness and safety-ness of the area and the warm welcome, the room is spacious and i love their pool too. I am just looking for a refrigerator even small and slippers too. When i entered the parking lot it was 7pm. The parking was very dark,( no solar lights, no lighted posts, no security or parking attendant to assist us, just to make the person who would park there feel safe) with very small parking space just enough for an SUV to fit in after 4attempts for a slant parking. Over-all it was a good experience inside."

"We had a wonderful family stay at The Oriental Legazpi. The hotel offers one of the best views of Mayon Volcano, and waking up to such a stunning landscape was truly unforgettable.
The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff were warm, courteous, and always ready to assist, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of delicious food, and the amenities, especially the swimming pool, were excellent for both adults and kids.
The location is convenient, with easy access to popular attractions like Cagsawa Ruins, Daraga Church, and Sumlang Lake. It also has ample parking, which was a plus since we traveled by car.
Overall, The Oriental Legazpi exceeded our expectations. If you're looking for a comfortable stay with breathtaking views of Mayon Volcano and excellent service, this hotel is definitely worth booking. We would gladly stay here again."
