All Staff was accommodating, helpful and friendly. I booked a room with mayon view but according to them the room they received that I booked was just a de luxe room without mayon view. I received a great customer service tho with the polite reception staff. She gave me some options and with a minimal fee I got the room that I wanted. Thank you Miss receptionist sorry I have difficulty with names but I really appreciate your service and to the waiter too who served us pork pinangat at the restaurant. Kudos to you all!

We booked at the very last minute and im happy that we choose The Marison Hotel located in the prime city of Legazpi . Rooms are spacious and clean and i really love the bed….its very clean, soft and big, felt like sleeping at home. The staff was welcoming and accommodating right from the moment we checked in. Food was superb and restaurant’s service was excellent. Hotel had a nice atmosphere and we really enjoyed our stay, we will highly recommend The Marison Hotel to others.

Thank you for such a wonderful experience most especially for my kids. This was our 3rd time to book at this hotel. The play zone was the new attraction for kids which you will have discount if you’re checkin at the same time.

The place is very clean and has a very good location.
Staff are very friendly and is approachable in any possible request you may require.
The breakfast is very good and suitable for any type of person due to its various dishes.
Had a breakfast with my sister and nephew and see for yourself that they really enjoyed the meal.
