"Booked this because it was one of the places I looked up and was looking forward to staying at during my last visit here in 2021. But it’s okay, there are really signs of aging na talaga, haha. Anyway, location-wise, it’s very good because it’s not in a very busy area since it’s somewhat on the boundary of Station 2 and 3. We booked the room with free breakfast, and sulit naman for its price. My main concern was the room,may mga baby roaches everywhere sa bathroom. Also, the front desk was not reachable when we tried calling from our room."

"We chose a transfer from airport through ferry port and onto hotel, whilst it was and did bypass certain obstacles i wasn't left feeling it was anything special. On arrival promptly told they needed a big deposit for room and listed all the dos and don't which will result in the loss of it. Then we found major building work was going on next door and overlooking the roof got infinity pool. No bar, buffet dinning which was normally cold and just waiting for a food pointing case. Overall, no I would not go back."

"there’s honestly nothing to complain about with this hotel. everything was amazing from the room to the staff and the overall experience. we also had so much fun at the foam party it was definitely one of the highlights of our stay! they even surprised my boyfriend with a complimentary birthday setup which was such a thoughtful touch. we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. 🫶🏻"

"My overall stay was excellent, definitely worth five stars. The hotel is clean and tidy, with a comfortable environment and a simple yet stylish decor. The room layout is well-planned, and the facilities are new and complete, with stable air conditioning and internet. The bedding is soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The staff are friendly and their service is attentive and thorough, which made me feel very welcome. The housekeeping was impeccable, with great attention to detail. The location is convenient, with excellent amenities nearby, making dining and shopping very easy. The hotel is quiet, perfect for relaxation. It offers great value for money, much better than other hotels in the same price range. Highly recommended!"

"There are at least 5 Henann hotels on Boracay, and this one is quieter, located in Station 1. The ones in Station 2 might be better, but this hotel has the best beach with fine white sand and shallow water, perfect for kids or casual swimmers. It's also the best spot for sunsets. The hotel offers a return airport transfer (van + boat + van to the hotel) for 2315 pesos, and a 4000 peso deposit is required. The rooms are standard, but the direct pool access rooms are quite convenient. Recommended!"

"We had an amazing stay at Henann Boracay! The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and always willing to help. Our room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of delicious food, and the pools and facilities were well-maintained. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants. Thank you to the entire team for making our vacation relaxing and memorable. We will definitely come back and highly recommend Henann to our family and friends!"

"We have originally booked a west premier king with the view of the hallway/ next hotel. Upon reaching the hotel, we have asked the conceirge for a room with a pool view. Luckily they have the Room 445 available and topped up 5,190/night on the current booking to get our room upgrade. They let us checked in early, but the room once we entered still got sand inside the bedsheets. 🥹 This is our 2nd time in this hotel, we just missed the cleanliness during their soft opening, welcome drinks and the band once you arrived on the hotel, but as we informed the staff during check out, they have given us the *goodbye* drink. 😅 We have availed the Landtransfer also, everything is okay aside for the we go and wait for 20mins for the speedboat to come in the public terminal. We catch a red eye flight and this is really tiring considering we have a baby with us. Still enjoyed the stay, hoping to get the same treatment during our first stay with Mandarin."

"I expected more, especially knowing that this is a 5-star hotel. The linens had visible stains, and there were some cleanliness issues that were overlooked. I reported these to the front desk for future reference. They acknowledged my concern, but they didn't offer to change the linens or send housekeeping to check the room. (I'm not expecting any compensation. It would've just been a nice gesture if they were more proactive.) Room 308 also needs some maintenance. The AC was leaking and wasn't cooling that well. The shower heater wasn't working properly, the vanity chair was broken and almost detached, and the luggage rack near the TV was already worn out and had stains. (These issues didn't really affect my stay that much, but I think they should still be addressed. If another guest, especially a foreigner, stays here, they would definitely complain.) I didn't report these issues, even during checkout, because after my first concern, I honestly felt like they would just be ignored. During checkout, I called ahead and requested for someone to inspect the room so the process would be faster. Unfortunately, it seemed like no one was sent. I waited longer than expected—it was supposed to take around 5 minutes, but it took about 8 minutes. They also didn't give me any update. (I think if I hadn't asked for a follow-up, I would've waited even longer.) On the positive side, the breakfast was good. The Lagoon Bar was also great, especially the server there. (I forgot his name, but he's been working there for about 3 years. 😅) Overall, my stay was good. Hoping my next stay feels more like a true 5-star experience. The hotel has great potential, but I think being more proactive with guest concerns, cleanliness, and room maintenance would make a big difference."
