"A taxi from Chefchaouen bus station costs 20-30 DZ (depending on your bargaining skills) to get to the hotel. The hotel's location and room orientation are arguably the best in Chefchaouen; you can see the entire old town right from the window. Sitting on the balcony at dawn or sunset, gazing at the scenery below, I feel choosing this hotel was a very wise decision. The hotel rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with few complaints. The breakfast area is small and can be crowded during peak hours, and the selection may not meet the needs of Chinese tourists. There's a small staircase to the right of the hotel entrance leading directly down to the old town, which is very convenient. There are many scenic spots with few people to take photos on the staircase. Remember to buy drinks at the small shops on your way down to take back. While water is free in the hotel's dining area refrigerator, other drinks are 25 DZ a bottle, which is a bit expensive. There's a Chinese restaurant called ”Chengdu Impression” on the main road down the mountain, which can satisfy your Chinese cravings. The restaurant on the hotel's rooftop also has a fantastic view, with a Western-style menu that tastes quite good at an acceptable price. If you're staying for a few days, you might want to try it."

"My first stay at a Moroccan-style ryad was at Ryad Nila in Chefchaouen, and the experience was almost perfect. The Blue City itself is already dreamlike, but this hotel seemed to present Morocco's opulence and refinement in its entirety. Upon arrival, the first thing that struck me was the unique architecture. Ryad Nila's design is elegant and luxurious; from the lobby to the rooms, every detail exudes traditional Moroccan beauty. Colorful tiles, carved wooden doors, and arched windows made me feel as if I were in a scene from *One Thousand and One Nights*. Although climbing the stairs to the room was a bit strenuous for a traveler, the moment I opened the door, all fatigue was washed away by the beautiful view. This ”bitter before sweet” feeling made me cherish the stay even more. Breakfast was another delightful surprise. Every morning, the table was laden with a rich selection: fresh bread, Moroccan flatbread, honey, jam, olives, cheese, and steaming hot mint tea. Enjoying breakfast in the sun-drenched courtyard, listening to the city slowly awaken, this leisurely and contented feeling was one of the most beautiful moments of my trip. What I found even more unforgettable was the thoughtfulness and warmth of the hotel staff. They were always smiling, patiently answering my questions, and proactively introducing me to Chefchaouen's attractions and alleyways. When I discovered there was no toilet paper in my room, they immediately arranged for it to be replenished; their efficiency and attitude were reassuring. This meticulous service made me feel not just a guest, but a friend being genuinely cared for. Finally, I must mention the rooftop. As I stepped onto it, a panoramic view of Chefchaouen unfolded before me: blue houses cascading down the mountainside, sunlight shimmering on the blue walls with a dreamlike glow. At that moment, I almost held my breath, because the view was so breathtaking. Being able to overlook the entire Blue City from the rooftop is an experience that words cannot fully describe. This is not just accommodation, but a place where you can truly feel the soul of the Blue City. Overall, Ryad Nila provided me with a truly perfect Moroccan accommodation experience. The magnificent architecture, the delicious breakfast, the friendly staff, and the breathtaking view from the rooftop all combined to create an unforgettable experience. Although the stairs were a bit strenuous, this small challenge became part of the journey, making the experience even more memorable. Absolutely highly recommended, a must-do!"

"This hotel is built in a suburb of Chefchaouen, a 20-minute drive from the old town. It is a small resort hotel, built on the hillside and independent of its own area. The hotel is a small independent building with a large empty field in the middle, surrounded by rooms on three sides. This format is not very good. The customers who check in are walking around and talking, just like at your door, which is noisy. The breakfast needs to be improved, it's too unpalatable."

"This small hotel in the Medina is only accessible by foot, about 10 minutes from the entrance. With large suitcases, it can be challenging to walk up the narrow, steep stairs to the upper floors. Nearby is the El Cielo restaurant, with a beautiful garden, decent cuisine by local standards, and slightly above-average prices. The room is small, cozy, but a bit worn. The curtains are a bit dusty and have holes, and there's a bit of dust on the furniture, but overall, everything is acceptable. A large bed (for one person) and air conditioning are available. The plumbing worked well. Worth the money."
