The hotel is in the middle of the old city, very close to the square, 5 minutes walk from the car park. The hotel is clean and the staff is very nice. Breakfast is on the top floor terrace. The view and angle of the sunset on the terrace are very good!

This hotel is built in a suburb of Chefchaouen, a 20-minute drive from the old town. It is a small resort hotel, built on the hillside and independent of its own area. The hotel is a small independent building with a large empty field in the middle, surrounded by rooms on three sides. This format is not very good. The Hotel is Very well located, Just few steps from the Kasbah and the old town. It has lovely views from the rooms of the Rif mountains. The staff is very nice, they helped to relocate us in a different room, they speak various languages. Although I have to say they even though we saw the pictures of the Hotel online, the front desk lady, gave us the worst room, and the Hotel was almost empty due to low season. Being honest, this is NOT A 4 Star hotel. For many reasons, at best a 3 star and stretching it. The decoration and furniture are VERY OLD, the windows in our room where broken so they didn’t close well. The Bathroom mat had holes in it, and the closet doors didn’t close well too. Some of the hall decoration looked very sad and very used, also it lacked light in it. The breakfast was very poor in its variety, (no fruits, or vegetables, no yogurt or cereals). It’s not a bad place, but if you are looking for a 4 star accommodation or amenities, this is not the place for you. I don’t think it was a fair price for what they are offering.

Hostel La Jaya can sort it out in a word. Why is there no one here? The reason is that it's a little bit out of the blue street center, but that's another advantage. When I went, the two rooms were being renovated and refurbished. There was only one shower and two toilets, but there was no problem because there was no one anyway. It's not a place that many people can use. You have to go deep inside the village, but you think that the pain is the roof terrace to compensate for it. I think it can be a good choice.
