The dinner is super rich and has fresh emperor crab feet. And there are special people in the service, there is no problem with the language, the hotel hired a lot of Chinese-speaking people, I think in the New Year, this price, booked this hotel is really profitable, the room is twice as big as Tokyo, although the hotel has a period, but very clean, The service is friendly, the hot spring is large and clean, the focus is that the view is very good, the window can directly see Mount Fuji, we are lucky, one day there is snow, one day there is cloud, the rest is sunny looking at Mount Fuji, I think I will top this side next time, Because the surrounding price locations may be more expensive! "The hotel is very close to Fuji Station, right outside the exit. The facilities are a bit old, but the rooms are larger than those in Tokyo. Overall, it's clean and offers good value for money. There aren't many convenience stores nearby; you have to walk a bit to find a 7-Eleven, but there's a small convenience store next to the ticket gate inside Fuji Station that can suffice. Although it's next to the station, it's relatively quiet at night, as JR Tokai doesn't have many late-night services. On clear days, you can see Mount Fuji from the pedestrian bridge at the station. Fuji Station is served by the Tokaido Main Line and the Minobu Line (terminus). Fuji City isn't a tourist city; it's an industrial one, so a one-day trip to hit the main spots is usually enough."

Only a sauna with a view of Mount Fuji! 😁 Check-in was super convenient, and the hotel has everything you need: sauna clothes, a bathrobe, slippers, toiletries, and a selection of tea and coffee. If you need anything else, you can buy it for an extra charge. The rooms are small but very comfortable and clean. The rooftop sauna is a bit small, so there might be a queue in the evening for those who want to bathe and steam. But in the morning, it's empty, and you can just lie back and enjoy the view of Mount Fuji! Breakfast is available at the hotel. There are two types of breakfast to choose from, and the grandpa in the kitchen makes a wonderful and delicious breakfast! Thanks for the meal!"

"Was happy with the room size and beds. Room size was big and we enjoyed the space.. Location was great. Just outside the hotel and u can see Mt Fuji. Walked 5 minutes to the main shopping street for food n other activities. We misplace a jacket and called reception. They responded very quickly to our issue. Great service. "It’s a small hotel with ten floors and beautiful views. We were lucky to get rooms with a Mt. Fuji view for both rooms. The rooms are small and compact, as is typical for Japanese accommodations, but they are fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. The weather during our stay was quite cold, and at night the air conditioner worked as a heater, but it didn’t feel warm at all. The breakfast was simple, but it was filling."

"This was my first time staying at a Toyoko Inn, and initially, I found the high level of self-service a bit overwhelming. Perhaps it was because there were so many guests and everything moved at a fast pace. I think it's more suited for experienced business travelers. The English proficiency of the front desk staff wasn't as good as I'd hoped, and this was consistent across every Toyoko Inn I stayed at afterward. Maybe because of the extensive self-service, the front desk's role is more auxiliary, so strong English skills aren't as crucial. Like all other Toyoko Inns, this one had excellent facilities: water dispensers, ice machines, hot water dispensers, microwaves, coffee makers, vending machines – everything you could need. The breakfast was standard and featured Japanese specialties. The location is unbeatable, just a three-minute walk from the Shin-Fuji Station exit. If I had to pick a downside, the highly standardized management meant it lacked the 'personal touch' many people look for in a hotel. Check-in and check-out times are strictly enforced, and the hotel only handles matters related to your stay; they won't help with local travel guides or transportation questions."

"Relatively new hotel. Located next to main highway, only problem with driving is having to make a long way along the highway to u turn, otherwise pleasant place to stay. Breakfast average. Onsen average."

"This is hands down the best hotel in Fuji City. It's our preferred choice, especially when we go on 3-night golf trips with friends. The staff are friendly, the breakfast is delicious, and though a bit compact, the public bath on the first floor boasts excellent water quality. Plus, there are plenty of great restaurants nearby. If you're in Fuji City, Route Inn Fuji Higashi Chuo Koen is always the place to stay!"
