Near to the Mt Fuji Shinkansen. But if you are travel to the lake Fujikawaguchiko. It is very far it take 2hrs++ by train. Other than that hotel staff was very friendly and the front office staff able to speak English too. Having a Good breakfast. We are able to view the Mt Fuji from the hotel rooftop. Room was very big. Unfortunately, mineral water in the room are chargeable. Most of the hotel are free.

We are an elderly couple traveling, and the service is very good. The hotel front desk staff speaks good English, which is rare in Japan. Breakfast is a set menu and is delicious. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, the food was good and the price was reasonable. You can see Mount Fuji from the hotel's rooftop terrace. I really like it. Overall, very satisfied. The hotel is cheap and good!
The hotel does not provide bottled water and disposable slippers.
