Scenic Hotels in Lanzarote

"This is a good hotel with very high standards of cleanliness. There is a lot of choice at breakfast and the hot options vary each day. It gets very busy sometimes, even though the staff do their best to clear the tables quickly. Reception staff are variable in their level of friendliness. Some are more welcoming than others. The rooms with balconies to the side of the hotel overlook a very busy and noisy road which I wouldn’t want to stay in again. Fine if you are not bothered by traffic noise. There is a pool and a small gym which a lot of hotels don’t offer."

"Visited the hotel Fariones at the beginning of November. The hotel has had a complete renovation and has been finished to a very high standard with beautiful decor and stunning finishing touches. Our Junior Suite was beautiful with a great size balcony and stunning sea views. The pool, gardens and surroundings are too absolutely stunning. The staff are great and particularly Elke and Miriam were there each day which was great and both very helpful. The other staff were all very hardworking and friendly. We had a small issue with one team member that was addressed quickly. There were some teething problems: We were half board, the breakfast was good with varied choices including cava. We found the evening buffet to be a little hit and miss. The salad buffet was good, but the main cooking station was a little uninspiring and most of the foods were luke warm and not very appealing. I had not seen any chicken on any of the evenings we ate there. The desserts were varied with a wide choice. We decided to try the al a carte restaurant on a couple of evenings which was table service. The Asian menu we found to be too overly sauced with strong overpowering flavours. The other menu Enrizo was disappointing, I was very much looking forward to the lobster starter- it was very cold almost frozen and had no flavour my husband found his to be the same (had we closed our eyes we would not have known what was being served). The staff are lovely and work very hard but unfortunately some are not trained to the level required for table service in the al a carte restaurant. We only paid a small surcharge to eat here. At times, the service felt quite rushed. Had i booked and paid around 150 euros with wine I’d be quite disappointed and not sure I’d visit again. Pool service was poor at times. I would be concerned in busy times. It was difficult getting a drink around the pool. Often we would have to attend the bar (we were not the only people with this problem). I would hope this can be improved for the future. The negatives have not deterred us from revisiting in the future, my only hope is these small niggles can be rectified. Thank you"

"In Europe for more than 2 years, the first time I stayed in this apartment, this price is very good! ! ! Very pleasant surprise! ! Parking is also very convenient, a little farther by the sea, but acceptable, after all, the price is here. The apartment has a small kitchen, go to M super to buy things back, homemade breakfast, very fragrant. If you check in, you will take the key and return the key. It is very, very simple. Ha! !"

"Good restaurant open only for lunch in low season and nice swimming pool with sauna, unfortunately I was not able to use the hot tub, despite being very close to the chaos of Puerto del Carmen it is an extremely quiet place with a very comfortable bed, if you have a car I recommend having dinner at 'la ermita' about three km away but it is really worth it, early check-in at 11 am very welcome, will definitely come back!!"

"A lovely hotel for a few relaxing days. Very friendly staff, spacious room and nice pools. Upgraded to Preferred last 2 days, highly recommended. Use of Lounge, Spa and Infinity Pool of course. More than worth money! Food is diverse, plenty of entertainment and great location. A visit to Rubicon is recommended, use of Link step is also highly recommended. If you go to the Aeroporto by public transport, get on at the harbor (Muelle de Playa Blanca) and not at the Estacion. Hotel is definitely recommended!"

"The location provided isn't very accurate compared to its actual spot. The pools are 'boxed in' by the buildings and are smaller than they appear in photos. The front desk person who checked us in was very kind; we asked for a recommendation and it was spot on. However, there aren't enough reception staff to handle the large number of guests checking in and out. We really disliked the system for contacting reception; there's no direct phone line, the switchboard just forwards calls, but no one answers... after trying for 4 days before our arrival, it was impossible to get through."

"The property has an excellent location, close to the area of ​​typical restaurants and on a street that, despite being crossed by cars, is very quiet. The room with a sea view is absolutely recommended, which overlooks not only the ocean, but also the small and picturesque pier below. We appreciated the professionalism of the staff, with whom it is also possible to communicate in several languages, and their kindness. Breakfast is good and plentiful, and is served on a splendid terrace on the sixth floor overlooking the sea. The only ”flaw” that perhaps only Italians notice: there is no espresso, but only nescafè!"

"Hôtel super bien situé et bien desservi en bus , à. 5 min à pied. Bel accueil. Hôtel Majesteux et super beau. Avec Le Royal Level accès à un coin proche de la mer donc même avec vu partielle on voit très bien. Le SPA ? Magnifique. Pour 20 euros l’entrée rien à dire et un parcours thalasso bien expliqué. Les repas sont divins , j’ai très bien mangé pour 4 jours 3 nuits en tout cas , tout est frais et savoureux."

"I had a wonderful time at this hotel. For a 2* it had everything I needed and wanted. Lovely palm trees and bougainvillea everywhere. There were plenty of activities to choose from / sign up to via the Tui App such as aqua aerobics, and sunset yoga, and arts and crafts. The young instructors were lovely and enthusiastic. The evening entertainment was laid back and good fun with quizzes and shows and music.  They very kindly upgraded me to a large sea view room with views across to Fuertaventura. Very much appreciated. I went self catering and the kitchen had all the equipment I needed. No oven but a combi microwave.  The bed was very comfortable. Plenty of storage space and sockets. Pool / beach towel provided.  I had the buffet dinner on my last night and there was so much choice. Very good value for €20.  Would definitely recommend."
