"The most delightful stay on our Seda trip! Opening the window revealed an expansive, unobstructed view of snow-capped mountains stretching endlessly. Waking up to the snow-capped peaks reflecting in the clear sky, and watching the golden glow cover them in the evening, every photo taken was a masterpiece – incredibly healing. The room was clean and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding, and excellent facilities, making our stay in the highlands feel secure and peaceful. The front desk staff was absolutely amazing – warm, attentive, and incredibly responsive. Their service-oriented attitude was outstanding; they patiently helped with all our needs, which made us feel incredibly welcome. The location is superb, making travel convenient. It's truly rare to find such a wonderful accommodation experience in the high-altitude region. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seda – you won't regret it!"

"Probably the best hotel I have stayed in West Sichuan. It is newly opened and tasteful. The most important thing is clean. Even I think it is not in line with Wanfeng and Four Points by Sheraton (excluding useless gyms) than the Casa Hotel I stayed at yesterday. Much better, very warm, and the facilities are very good. Electric toilet, as well as a full set of Toto hardware bathroom, the boss took care of it. Due to the New Year, there may not be many guests. The boss prepared a very good breakfast to replace the buffet. It was also very good. There was a small garden behind and the view was very good."

"Choosing Kasa Hotel for my Sertar trip was absolutely the right decision! The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to the entrance of the Buddhist Academy, making getting around incredibly convenient. Compared to other hotels along our self-driving tour through western Sichuan, this hotel's facilities are top-tier in Sertar. The rooms are spacious, and the amenities are comprehensive; the breakfast selection is also rich. If you don't feel like dining out, I highly recommend the hotel's second-floor restaurant – it has an excellent local reputation, using quality ingredients and serving authentic flavors. I must particularly commend the hotel manager! We didn't have a car for this trip and wanted to visit Lhorong Monastery. The manager proactively arranged pick-up and drop-off, covering nearly 20 kilometers round trip, and was genuinely friendly and helpful. Whenever we had any requests, big or small, the staff were always enthusiastic and willing to assist, offering free help with many minor issues. The service was incredibly warm and thoughtful. Overall, the experience was perfect. I'll definitely choose Kasa Hotel again on my next visit to Sertar and will recommend it to any friends planning to come here!"

"The experience of coming to Seda to stay at this hotel is directly full, and the store is really attentive in the details! The room is free of charge with earplugs, steam eye masks, and free coffee. It is very convenient to rest and relax at night on the plateau. The bedding in the room has also been newly upgraded, replaced with a comfortable latex mattress with a buckwheat pillow, and the long-distance car will especially relieve fatigue, and the quality of sleep will be directly improved. The front desk service is a plus. When you check in, you will patiently explain the local niche attractions and avoid the flow of people. We follow the recommendation to punch in the past. The scenery is beautiful and it is a worthwhile trip. The overall hardware and service are impeccable. Come to Seda to travel and highly recommend this! The hotel's hygiene is impeccable. I saw that the staff has been checking the details of the hygiene. It is very good and serious."
