The best and most characteristic hotel I have ever stayed in this trip to Western Sichuan, highly recommended, very cost-effective, independent villa with yard, the decoration is very distinctive, the health is very clean, the boss also upgraded us with a kitchen, because we did not bring kitchenware, The two young enthusiastic bosses specially borrowed the cafe kitchen for us to use. We worked in the kitchen for three hours and made 7 parent dishes. Eat home-cooked dishes in the cafe, listen to music, drink small wine, and roast the stove. Too comfortable. I also drank the boss high, and the beautiful Zhuoma and the handsome waiters in the cafe also accompanied us to drink a few glasses and sent Tibetan Ba to us to eat. Choosing Kasa Hotel for my Sertar trip was absolutely the right decision! The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to the entrance of the Buddhist Academy, making getting around incredibly convenient. Compared to other hotels along our self-driving tour through western Sichuan, this hotel's facilities are top-tier in Sertar. The rooms are spacious, and the amenities are comprehensive; the breakfast selection is also rich. If you don't feel like dining out, I highly recommend the hotel's second-floor restaurant – it has an excellent local reputation, using quality ingredients and serving authentic flavors. I must particularly commend the hotel manager! We didn't have a car for this trip and wanted to visit Lhorong Monastery. The manager proactively arranged pick-up and drop-off, covering nearly 20 kilometers round trip, and was genuinely friendly and helpful. Whenever we had any requests, big or small, the staff were always enthusiastic and willing to assist, offering free help with many minor issues. The service was incredibly warm and thoughtful. Overall, the experience was perfect. I'll definitely choose Kasa Hotel again on my next visit to Sertar and will recommend it to any friends planning to come here!
