"Very satisfied with my stay. Will stay here again when I go to Deyang. Excellent services and facilities, with very professional and friendly staff. Excellent location to allow one to joggle along a river or to walk around the city center. Easy taxi/Didi access. Room services are better than expected, with surprising daily freebies such as fresh fruit, cookies, and freshly squeezed fruit juices. Help desk is very prompt in providing what I requested. Buffet breakfast offers top-notch variety of ready-made Chinese and Western style choices or customer-ordered hot noodles. Just a minor suggestion: this is more a customers' behavior problem (can't believe those guests at a 5-star hotel). Currently, when there is a crowd at the front desk to check out, it is the braver with longer hands that get faster services. I suggest either post a clear sign to ask people to keep in line or have a manager to maintain some kind of an order (no need to be military type:-). This is just to be fair to those who are waiting patiently. And better order may also help promote a better hotel reputation. But I understand bad habits die hard, no matter what you do."

"I stayed with my kids last weekend, my first time staying in a castle-style hotel. The environment is very good. There is Xuanzhu Lake just outside the hotel. It is very comfortable for me to walk with my baby. There is a moon at night and the castle lights are very atmospheric. The key point is that the service is very considerate, including fruits, yogurt, coffee and desserts, and special care is taken of children. Will come again next time."

"A very economical business hotel. I arrived at the hotel late at night and the front desk was very enthusiastic to check me in. The room was very nice and clean, with 24-hour hot water. Although the room was close to the road, it was very quiet, and parking was safe and convenient!"
