"This was my second time staying at this hotel, as my previous experience was great. However, this time, I have some complaints. On my second day, the power went out (due to heavy snow affecting external public facilities, which I totally understand couldn't be fixed immediately). The power didn't come back on until I checked out on the third day, meaning no electricity and no hot water for showers. What really annoyed me was on my last day. I packed some breakfast fruit and yogurt in my own cloth bag. When I got to my room door, my key card wouldn't work, so I hung my bag on the door and went down to the front desk to sort out the key card issue. It took about 10 minutes, and when I returned, my bag was gone (most likely taken by a cleaner). I'm neutral about the hotel overall, but seriously, be careful with your belongings. In America, don't trust anyone."

"It's a hotel that makes me unable to sleep. It's very smelly, especially the passage. I never saw cleaning. I had to leave early. It's like a nightmare. It's so smelly that I can't sleep well. The only good Wal-Mart is next to it. No need to drive, but the hotel's hygiene is too bad. , unlike a chain store of this brand, it is too far away from other places."
