"The location of the hotel is beautiful. The room is large and clean. The waitresses are good. There are no more advantages on this. Parking spaces are only 2, in a narrow arky pass. After waiting for the administrator to decide his business on the phone and draw attention to us, I asked what to do with the parking space. I was silently given a printed memory with the addresses of the nearest parking lots and a script of dialogue with the outraged guest. The script for roles stipulates that the administrator should answer in such case and how to work out the objections. But we decided not to even announce it, simply, read yourself. There are no one-time appliances in the room. But there is a price that half is missing. For example, when I went down to buy the sewing set listed, I was told that it was a mistake and they didn't have it. There are other more decent hotels in this price category with such location."

We stayed at this hotel, although I understand that the locals know the Four Seasons more as a sauna than a hotel. Even though our room was a suite, our expectations weren't high. We liked the room: quite cozy, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The location isn't very close to the historic center, but locals said Samara is long and almost central, so the area looks like an industrial zone, but that's tolerable. I definitely recommend this hotel."

"We had a standard room with two beds on the 1st floor. The room is large and at the expense of high ceilings is spacious, in room 3 of the window, one of them goes out to the quiet street of Stepan Razina. Unfortunately, during our stay at the hotel on the street, the asphalt was transferred, the room was not heard, but walking the street was unpleasant. In the room, the teapot and cup, no tea, bottled water every day, slippers, normal refrigerator, no coats, towels change every day. The hotel is located successfully: 3 minutes to the beach, 3 minutes to the pedestrian street of Leningrad, 3 minutes to the beautiful Kuibyshevskaya street, on which the bus stops are located in all the right directions. The day before breakfast you choose breakfast from five possible: Italian, French, Firm, Samarish, Light. And in the morning a very soulful wonderful cook cooks breakfast personally for you, very delicious and diverse! (not like in network hotels, where vegetable sausages and cut sausages are bored for the 3rd day). In the nearby cafe "City manor" it is possible to have a delicious dinner, several times there were arranged music evenings, music didn't interfere, on the contrary, we opened the door of the room and listened to the concert. From the train station to the hotel you can get on buses 37 and 90 to the stop of Nekrasovskaya Street and a little down to the hotel."
