"I travelled with my husband and mother-in-law to this hotel. At first, at the reception, the staff told me our staying didnt include any breakfast, then i showed the staff the receipt saying it was included. After checking the staff also said ok. But then the next morning the staff asked to pay our breakfast again. That really pissed me off. Although In the end they did apologize for their mistake. Second the room they offered to me and my husband is horrible, full of flies and small insects. I understood this resort was in nature.. but the quantity of insects inside the room was even more than the room when we stayed in omega park’s woof chalet.. luckily they rearranged us to another room but less comfy.. Overall my staying there was not too pleasant.. a lot more to improve for the staff service skills…"

"This was our second time visiting. This time, our room was much nicer. We love it. We had a beautiful room with a king sized bed and it was very quiet and comfortable. The dinner was delicious and a 4 course meal. Breakfast is nice and simple. Massages were great"
