The lady at the front desk looked annoyed that we had book through this site. She was cold and unwelcoming. We went there for the pool and the hottub. Both outdoor hottub was out of service, altough they adviticed it as fonctionnal. Our room was situated beside de front desk. We could hear the staff talking ans coocking there meal. Very dispointing.

My daughter almost drowned in the pool because there’s no signs to indicate how deep the water is.

Needs major update but if you are not picky it does the job . We went for the pool and spa and the chlorine in the pool was so strong we could not handle it . In the indoor jacuzzi it was burning our eyes just from the Vapor .

Just one night visiting friends in the area. Room confortable, and quiet. Temp of the room was cool during the day but confortable during the night..no control from the room. Coffee pot in the room but no coffee or the? The hot tub has change, sad the old one has a special cachet. The hot tub was not really hot.

Overall everything was great, we got a renewed room , many thanks to the front desk clerk, the only thing we found the matress little to soft! But surely will go back again
