"The first suit we were given was dirty and empty of any furnishings felt cold and uninviting swim up pool was dirty , we were moved to another room that was better but none of the plug sockets worked in the bathroom which had the only mirror so no good if you want to use straightening irons, no full length mirror, beds were uncomfortable and the shower was a trickle if used at 8am , breakfast was ok . We left feeling very disappointed as it was very expensive for a two night stay we were expecting a lot more from this hotel and definitely won’t be returning or recommending hotel needs a complete revamp and some TLC ."

"Super hotel in central old town Gandia. Very clean with comfortable beds and crispy white bed linen. I emailed to confirm our reservation, reply came almost immediately. Staff delightful and helpful. Mara on reception changed one of our rooms from bath to shower. No problem! We had asked about fireworks display. Mara made sure to tell us it was cancelled due to bad weather. Breakfast great. Evening food in bar exceptional. Will be returning,"

"Whilst the hotel itself is clean, I would not recommend if you are a family or with friends wanting to have lots to do. We found it mainly for local people. There is not much around to do unless you want to pay around 100€ plus for trips out. Food was ok, lots to choose from. We found most people here quite rude and not that friendly. Very little English spoken. There was not much in the way of entertainment as most things didn’t start until 10:30 pm including the kids club starting at 10pm. I can safely say we will not be returning. If you have a premium wristband then you do get priority over things, but when spending this amount we have we expected better. You cannot take floaters in the pool, are told off for most things so if you just want to swim then this is the place for you! Kids became bored easily. There is no real holiday atmosphere here, everything is quiet and there is not much else to do outside of the hotel. All in all it is what you make it, but I am disappointed."

"The apartments are very beautiful and practically furnished. There is actually nothing missing. The pool is large, clean and has also a low plant area for small children. Pooling is comfortable, beach is great! Only the 2 beds per apartment are a little too little measured. Unfortunately, the location is a single disaster. There is not even a small supermarket walking. Even only 1.2 restaurants...You always have to drive by car, no cozy bumsing on the evening possible as in Gandia. That's why we wouldn't boost there anymore. Unfortunately, because the apartments are really great!"

"Hello we arrived yesterday in the apartment, After they told us that the keys are collected from 17:00, we arrived and they told us that it is not clean yet they call us when it is still delivering us the keys. We decided to go buy things to pass the stay, at 19:00 we decided to go to apartment number 12 of which we had given the keys and.... Surprise We open with the key and the apartment is busy, we call and tell us that the key is wrong that our is the 11 (the girl who attended us was with a friend or her boyfriend at that time) This is a negligence offence violating the privacy of people, so we will file a complaint to the police We travel with two girls of 6 years and we could have found any compromise scene in that apartment. And I don't want to think how people were inside We got into the apartment(now clean ...)and we face broken things pizza pieces under the bed, panties and used bed clothes stored in Nefasto armchairs would never come back"

"Perfectly clean hotel. The reception process was quick and easy. Breakfast was great with loads of choice. The Bar in the evening was just what was required after a long day. My room had everything you could want, and they even left fruit which was a nice touch. I would definitely stay here again."
