"Very good hotel, 200 meters from the beautiful, fine sandy beach. Even if you don't have a sea view, you'll still have a great view. Good free parking right at the hotel. Located on the outskirts of Gandia, the hotel has good public transport connections to the city. Varied and good food. The buffet is always replenished. The staff always clears the tables quickly and efficiently. The furniture isn't brand new; the hotel is showing its age. Very clean rooms and a great, comfortable bed. Because it's an older hotel, the walls are thin, so you can hear quite a bit. Since you have to register for meals and are assigned a table, there can be delays, but we never had to wait longer than 5-10 minutes. The staff is friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there again. We were also impressed with the value for money."

"Great hotel, good food, good service, excellent location and amazing beach!! For sure we will go back next year. The hotel in itself is great. We booked a suite with garden and it was perfect. Pool is really nice, always have sunbeds available, not very crowded. They provide you with towels. We stayed for almost 2 weeks and had full board. We were concerned about the food but it was perfect. Never got bored nor had the need to go eat outside of the hotel to get away. A lot of variety and always something to eat. The service at the restaurant was very good too. The best part is the beach, definitely amazing. The kids club is great and the animators take very good care of the kids. The bellboys are also VERY VERY NICE, always smiling and asking if you need something. If they were to be paid by number of smiles they would be millonaires! There is one thing that was a big disappointment. We went to the spa as we could leave the kid at the kids club for an hour and make the most. However, they do not have cabins for couples! In the hundreds of hotels I have travelled to across the globe it is the first time a hotel of this level does not have cabins for couples. It is a pity as due to that we did not use the message service of the spa. The location is very calm with nothing nearby, so it is great to relax but boring if you want loads of life outside of the hotel. We will go back next summer!! "

"If you are looking for peace and quiet and relaxation, look no further. This gem of a hotel is tucked away but within easy walking distance of the beach and bars. The welcome you receive here is exceptional. Agus and his parents provide a home from home feel and always on hand to provide restaurant recommendations. However if you choose to take advantage of dining here , make sure you are prepared for fantastic food and a lot of it ! We enjoyed a wonderful break here and will definitely return."

"I have no idea where all these good reviews are coming from maybe I’m the wrong hotel the food is awful we have been here for 5 days and so far and not only is dinner just rinse and repeat lunch is actually the same foods a dinner with a different flavour fountain there is absolutely no gourmet to be found at the restaurant. The rooms and small and the pool does always have sunbed that’s because it’s freezing cold and grubby so no surprise really. I won’t be returning anywhere near this place again"

"Fabulous Hotel from the minute we walked in . Wonderful, friendly receptionists to welcome us . Quick check in and everything accurately explained verbally and a paper format handed to us to explain everything we needed to know. The superior room we were àllocated on the 11 th floor was beautiful. So extremely spacious and the view from the balcony over the sea front is so beautiful. The room has everything and more from dressing gowns, slippers, bottled water daily and lovely toiletries. The room service is brilliant, the lady who looked after our room so friendly and takes care of our room daily . Fresh sheets bliss , fresh towels bliss a truly wonderful experience. Onto the dining room and it's wonderful staff , you all do such a wonderful job looking after the hotels guests. The food is definitely 5 star plus and the choice is truly amazing. This is the first Hotel we can happily say that provided everything and more to us . This hotel is worthy of 5 stars plus. An Oasis of calm in every area of the hotel. Only one area I felt was neglected was the outdoor bowling area. The carpet could do with a stiff brush or hoovering periodically. The seagulls seem to enjoy flying over and depositing their faecal matter. Definitely a bit of a hazard as the bowls and hands are picking up all manner of nasty things. Otherwise everything Fabulous thank you . Looking forward to returning in spring 2024 for hopefully more blissful days being thoroughly pampered at your wonderful hotel. Well done everyone 👏 👍 "
