The environment is very good. There is the sea next to the hotel. The beach is very beautiful. It is very suitable for taking children to play. It is also suitable for summer vacation. Except for the lack of convenient transportation, everything else is very good.

Nice and well located hotel near Oliva. Beach is right behind the hotel, which gives extra value to the hotel. Reseption works super including car rental - 10 points ! Only minus is the food (dinner) and the old style and old rooms in some part of the hotel. Breakfast on the other hand is one of the best.

This hotel is not even close to 4* and lacked some of the most basic services. Very poor unstable wifi, none of the english channels were working throughout my stay and most of the staff outside of reception spoke very poor english. Room service was very poor and they charge you for having anything ordered to the room. I also found this hotel lacked vegetarian options throughout breakfast, lunch and dinner.

We were in Oliva nova to play golf only and we didn’t utilize any of the facilities in the hotel. But the reception were helpful making reservations at restaurants and driving us to the golf course. Hotel restaurant dinner was not included in our package deal so we never ate there. Breakfast was nice though. All in all an average experience.

The first suit we were given was dirty and empty of any furnishings felt cold and uninviting swim up pool was dirty , we were moved to another room that was better but none of the plug sockets worked in the bathroom which had the only mirror so no good if you want to use straightening irons, no full length mirror, beds were uncomfortable and the shower was a trickle if used at 8am , breakfast was ok . We left feeling very disappointed as it was very expensive for a two night stay we were expecting a lot more from this hotel and definitely won’t be returning or recommending hotel needs a complete revamp and some TLC .

This was my third visit to Oliva Nova. I fly in from Canada and stay there a few nights to recover from jet lag before proceeding with travels in Valencia region. Rooms are spacious and spotless. Staff are friendly. Buffet breakfast is top quality and keeps me going all day. White sand beach is perfect for long walks to clear away the cobwebs. Thank you Oliva Nova. I’ll be back!

We only spent one night here but we loved it! Absolutely beautiful grounds and facilities. Staff went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. Highly recommend !

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff make you feel right at home (especially Rossana, Guille and Juan). Our little one loved the kids’ disco and breakfast visits by the beloved Oli. Highly recommended! We’ll be back!
