"Very clean and modern hotel with an excellent breakfast buffet. We received a lovely welcome drink upon arrival. There is a basic gym on-site and a secure underground parking garage available for €10 per day. The location is perfect: it's a 25-minute walk to the main entrance of Europa-Park, but in the evening you can leave through the hotel-exit which cuts the walk back down to just 10 minutes. It is also within walking distance of the Europa-Park hotels, where there is plenty of entertainment after the park closes. Highly recommended!"

"ABSOLUTELY AVOID! We booked a night with a friend, we were at the theme park for the day and sent a message before 7:30 p.m. (check-in end time) to warn that we would be 10 minutes late. She simply told us that it was not possible, the person in charge of handing over the keys had already left and this famous Christine simply left us outside in the cold (end of November) without any mercy. She then gave no more news, no response to our calls and messages but nonetheless collected our money. We contacted booking who requested a refund from the latter who refused it and who had the nerve to send us an email saying that we did not show up. We had to pay for another night in a hotel after staying more than an hour and a half in the cold while we found a solution. People like her disgust me. Never book with her!!!"

"I loved this best house! From now on, my mom and I will always book in the same room we stayed in this time. Room 6. This room had everything we needed. It had: 4 beds 2 Bed rooms 1 bathroom A mini fridge Even a TV! The breakfast was so clean and the food was amazing! It is a few minutes walk from Europa park and as a child, I really recommend this area for you and your family ❤️"

"I had a few issues with my stay here, so I wasn't really sure how to rate the place. The first issue was with the air conditioning making buzzing noise from every 5 seconds while working to every minute while turned off. You can imagine the headache I was getting. I tried contacting the hotel via messages, emails, or calls with no success for 4 hours. To be fair, there might have been a problem with calling from my side (I was roaming), but it's strange that there is no messenger option (like WhatsApp, for example) for emergencies because it's hard to call while on international plan. Maybe they're not used to travelers from outside of the EU. Finally, my travel agent contacted the owner, and someone came to resolve the issue. Thank you to that man. But yeah, my plan to go to bed early failed. The next issue is that I found a cockroach in the room. Again, frankly speaking, it was barely alive, but I was terrified. And there were two flies in the room on top of that. However, I saw no insects after I had been moved to a different room. So, it either depends on the room category (I had a single originally), or it's a lottery. Not fun. The breakfast was good, though. Great variety of things to choose from, and the woman was quick to refill everything and clean up. The beds are comfortable, there's a safe in each room, and towels and other stuff are provided. It's located close to the park, but it's about 15-20 minute walk from the supermarket."

"Perfect hotel from every point of view, organization, rooms, location, catering. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the Europa-Park entrance, the rooms are very comfortable, beautifully furnished and with everything you need in the right place. Good quality breakfast and dinner, wide choice from the buffet. Last, but not least, the "WOW effect" of children when they have to sleep in boats!"

"This was the worst guesthouse we stayed in in Germany. The cleanliness was poor, the bedding was pilling, and worst of all, the entire place was completely poorly ventilated, making it impossible to sleep at night. We had to go to the balcony to get some relief! To make matters worse, we couldn't find the landlord at all. We had to contact Ctrip to cancel our stay early because we couldn't continue. Ctrip was very helpful; thank you, Ctrip!"
