Large queue for check in and check out, over charged and itemisation not provided, then denied it and ignored my follow up emails. Hotel is crowded with random items that are a bit tacky, theming is very odd in and around the places. Rooms are cold and tired, especially mattress on the bunk beds. Rooms feel more like prisons with dark colours and hard floors. Sleep quality is poor due to constant running of fountains in the main quad area. Shower and bathroom are nice. Breakfast was chaos, food running out and not replenished quickly without having to ask the limited staff they have, areas too small for people to wait for toast etc. adequate selection of food and quality ok. Access to europa park is good however still expect to queue to get in. The extra time you get in the park doesn’t really make much difference to queue times and only a few are open. Not a welcoming hotel and customer service during and after was poor. I wouldn’t recommend or return.

I'm guessing this is one of the older hotels, but I still enjoyed my stay. The doors are a little thin, for which reason they installed a second door, so it was more or less quiet aside from the occasional screaming child, which not even the best hotels can get rid of. We even had a Christmas tree. Fantastic breakfast and worth it for the convenience!

The hotel was fantastic. The decor was Wow. We had problems with booking our dinner. They don’t prioritize hotel guests, so we were left with no chance to eat. We had to solve it at reception. I think, that hotel guests have to be prioritized for hotel restaurants. Another negative experiences had, when we had a fire alarm at 8am. It was not organized at all. We couldn’t even realized, they we had to rash outside. The reception didn’t answer. We were left completely on our own. The hostel could have at least apologize. I think, that the hotels have gradually increased their prices and ****** much of their staff. The shareholders are ripping their revenues, and the hotel guests are there to pay and compromise on service. I find it not fare at all.

We stayed at the hotel with a group of friends for one night and also had dinner at one of the restaurants. The hotel and room looked nicely in theme decorated, also staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, the mattresses felt old and we were sinking in badly, plus our room was near the elevator which was quite nosy. So although first impression was fine, we didn’t quite get a good night rest at all. Which one kind of needs after a long day at the park.. Also, we had a dinner reservation and had to wait a long time in line (with little kids) to get seated. In the morning there was a fire alarm, we didn’t really realize it on time. Apparently some people went outside, others didn’t (like us) and there was no information given by hotel staff. Overall these aspects didn’t seem quite organized from the hotel side. So we had a bit of a mixed experience and especially when looking at value for money I wouldn’t come back :(

Hôtel super bien placé car à l’entrée du parc ! On a aimé la déco de cette hacienda espagnole. Le petit dej était très bien. J’enlève une étoile pour les oreillers énormes et pas qualitatifs, et le bruit des allers et venues dans le couloir. J’aime bien quand il y a un sas dans la chambre, qui nous éloigne des bruits du couloir. Sinon, tout était très bien : on a pu récupérer les billets pour Rulantica avant que la chambre ne soit prête. Et Europa Park le soir pour le lendemain matin. Beaucoup de personnel français, qui facilite la compréhension :)

Zimmer ausreichen groß, sehr sauber, angenehmer Fliesenboden, gute Matratzen. Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut, große Auswahl. Restaurant Don Quichotte bietet gute Speisen, angenehme Hotelbar mit riesiger Auswahl an Spirituosen und Cocktails.

Die Anreise mit dem Auto war entspannt. Die Verkehrsführung zum Erlebnishotel, Rulantica oder Europa Park ist bestens ausgeschildert. Der erste Empfang im Hotel sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Der Service war und ist hervorragend. Auch die Einbeziehung der Kinder traumhaft. Dass Essen (Frühstück) ist umfangreich und sehr lecker. Dort findet jeder etwas zum Genießen. Die Zimmer sind ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch sehr sauber, funktionell und ruhig. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt in einer der schönen Themenhotels im kommenden Jahr. Viel Spaß !
