The hotel has a modern industrial-style design with a pleasant atmosphere throughout the lobby and café areas. The overall ambience felt relaxing and suitable for both business and leisure travellers. One of the highlights of the stay was definitely the breakfast buffet. There was a good variety of Indonesian and international food, and the quality was surprisingly good for the room price. The restaurant and café area had a nice atmosphere, and the buffet was handled efficiently even during busy periods. The hotel staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful. From reception to restaurant staff and security personnel, the hospitality was excellent. Many staff members went out of their way to assist guests, which made the stay more enjoyable and comfortable. There are a few minor downsides. Some parts of the hotel feel slightly older and could benefit from renovation or better maintenance. The surrounding area is not particularly scenic or tourist-oriented, and it feels more like a business or industrial area rather than a lively residential neighbourhood. Walking around outside the hotel at night may not be ideal for everyone. Overall, d'primahotel Tangerang is a very good choice for travellers looking for an affordable, comfortable, and convenient airport-area hotel in Tangerang. The friendly staff, good breakfast, comfortable rooms, and easy airport access make it a hotel I would happily stay at again."

"I accidentally booked the wrong hotel, so I just stuck with it. This hotel is located in an apartment building, and the decor is quite poor, but it's not a big deal. The soundproofing is also bad, and the hygiene isn't great. However, it's very cheap, so that's basically the trade-off."

"I stayed at Swift Inn Aeropolis Airport mainly because of its very affordable price and the free airport shuttle, which was extremely helpful and convenient. The room itself is quite small, but considering the price, it is still reasonable and acceptable. Around the hotel, the facilities are quite complete—there are minimarkets, rows of small shops, local eateries, and even more food options in the nearby neighborhood behind the hotel/apartment complex. However, one downside is that the room is not soundproof at all. It can get quite noisy due to airplane sounds and other outside disturbances, which might be uncomfortable for light sleepers. Overall, if you are looking for a budget-friendly hotel with a free airport shuttle, this place is worth considering—as long as you don’t mind the noise and the relatively small room size."

"Excellent value for money with great facilities and service I had a very pleasant stay at Swiss-Belhotel Airport Jakarta. The hotel offers excellent value for money and is conveniently located with many amenities nearby, including restaurants, shops, massage facilities, spas, hair salons and convenience stores. The breakfast buffet was very good, with a nice variety of local and international options. The food was fresh and the service team was attentive throughout. The staff were professional, friendly and always willing to help. A special mention to the housekeeping team for their attention to detail and the excellent cleanliness standards maintained during my stay. However, there were a couple of issues with the room's cleanliness, specifically the bed sheet, which had multiple stains, and the bathing towel, which was in a poor condition. Despite this, the overall experience was great, thanks to the hotel staff and the food and beverage service. Thank you."
