"🏨 Comfortable Stay & Great Service Near the Mosque 🏨 ⸻ This was my second stay at Golden Tulip Al-Zahabi in Medina during the same trip, and the experience was just as enjoyable as the first. This time I booked a different room category, which had a modern design and was equally comfortable. The room was very clean, well-organized, and the attention to detail in the decor made the space feel welcoming. The hotel is located very close to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, making it easy to walk to the المسجد for prayers within minutes. The surrounding area is full of shops, cafes, and restaurants, which adds a lot of convenience during the stay. One of the highlights this time was the breakfast. There was a good variety of options, including local Saudi dishes and international choices. The dining area was calm, clean, and well-managed. 💡 Tip: If you are driving, check parking availability in advance as the area can get busy. Also, booking early or through travel platforms may help you find better deals, especially during peak seasons."

"Hotel was on the main road. Near to masjid. Walking distance to masjid for praying. Breakfast was good and have many choices too. Room was big & spacious. Clean room & toilet. Very comfortable to stay with family. Recommended to stay here.. will be coming back to stay in this hotel again.tq"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Amazing 7-Night Stay at Pullman Zamzam Madinah I had an amazing 7-night stay at Pullman Zamzam Madinah, and everything exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect—just a short walk to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, making it incredibly convenient for every prayer. My room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and offered a beautiful view that made every morning and evening even more special. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The housekeeping service was excellent, and the hotel facilities were well maintained throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of delicious food, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and relaxing. Thank you, Pullman Zamzam Madinah, for making my stay so memorable. "The location, especially being walking distance from the haram, was exactly what we wanted. The room was comfortable, especially the bed. The staff was friendly, especially Mr. Mahmoud Saad, who went above and beyond anything we expected or experienced before and we are also frequent business travelers! Any concern we had from arranging transportation or the rawdah, he was able to make it stress-free. The shower area was a bit smaller than usual and the door stops caught my toes more than once, but that would be the only down side I'd say during our trip which is a small inconvenience. Room service was quick and housekeeping was thorough. We definitely are sharing with others to take advantage of the Crown Plaza if staying in Madinah. Our suggestion would be to provide microwaves so food isn't wasted."

"This hotel is very suitable for those who want to stay on the green dome side, only 5 minutes walk. And the hotel is right next to saffiya museum and the new restaurants, so many good ones to choose from. The hotel is directly connected to a mall, and cheap pakistani food is also available, and lots of clothes shops. So everything is nearby. Only ladies prayer area is further away, but I didn't mind walking."

"I had a very pleasant stay at Elaf Taibah Hotel in Madinah. The location is excellent — just a short walking distance to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, which makes it very convenient for prayer times. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were polite and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and fast. There are also many shops and restaurants nearby, making it easy to find food and daily necessities. Overall, it’s a great choice for anyone visiting Madinah for Umrah or Ziyarah. I would definitely stay here again. ⭐️"

"The InterContinental Dar Al Iman Madinah is an excellent choice for anyone travelling to Madinah with worship in mind, who values being as close as possible to Masjid al-Nabawi, wants full service, and is willing to pay a premium for convenience and comfort. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, the staff are strong, and the location is hard to beat. If, however, your stay is more about casual tourism or you’re budget-sensitive and willing to be a little further from the Haram, you might find better value elsewhere. But if proximity and spiritual atmosphere matter to you — this hotel definitely delivers."

"A really close hotel to masjidil nabawi, only takes 2-3 minutes to reach there. The room was decently sized yet equipped with comfortable stuff. The breakfast menu was also good but a bit boring, they cooked the same menu for certain meals every day. The staff were super friendly and helpful."

"1. Clean rooms with mostly all common amenities available. Super housekeeping staff, and they also attend calls swiftly. 2. Breakfast was good but not impressive. Shoutout to Roman from breakfast service team for attending our endless requests with love. 3. Location is awesome, second row from Haram and ladies gate is only 1 minute away. 4. Only downside is that parking is charged for 75SR per day."

"We had originally booked another hotel but upon arrival there we immediately canceled our reservation and were looking for another hotel in the area ASAP, something clean, close to Masjid Nabawi and fairly priced.  We knew the name and brand; however, we saw two Intercontinental hotels and went with the one we felt had a slight edge or advantage. The hotel was built many years ago and we were informed that it is in the planning process of a renovation so we knew ahead of time what to expect. It has signature blue carpet and a 1950’s/1960’s vibe that I personally adored (almost out of a James Bond movie with Sean Connery).   Everyday we stayed at the hotel, it grew on us.  The view outside was heavenly mashAla.  Remember you can open the window haha some people I imagine think they can’t.  It such an experience and you have to do it.  Most importantly, however, the sweatheart staff and how accommodating they were, you forget you’re staying at the Intercontinental and imagine you’re at your friends house.  Again, We had an amazing window view and could see in the direction of Uhud.  All The cafe’s are right outside of the hotel, the mosque is literally right outside the hotel and down the walking path, maybe a 5 minute walk.  Plenty of pigeons to feed, affordable Ubers/ Taxi right outside, you can walk to Uhud you can walk to Quba, you can do it all.  And the best part, the check-in/help desk are right in front of you when you walk in to the lobby.   Side note: if you enjoy peoppe watching , you get a great view from your hotel room to the outside.  They have a coffee bar in the Lobby with free dates and Arabic coffee (world class) and this hotel served the best Breakfast and room service food I’ve ever had and I’ve been to 51 countries, aged 44.  It was even at par or better maybe than the Jabal Omar in Mecca we stayed at.  You absolutely cannot lose out by staying at this hotel.  If you have any issues pick up your room phone and dial any one of the prompts and someone will alleviate any issues you have.   The hotel executive management were world class and again treated me like a friend/family.  Based off our repertoire I’d come back to this hotel because Sister Khadijah and staff were so amazing mashAla."
