"The homestay located high in mountain slope, near the Shuangqiao Valley. The staffs (two guy) are nice, helpful & attentive (they ensure me to have lunch/dinner every time they picked me from scenic areas. They also allowed me to play along with dogs and drove me to scenic area for several times.
The room is simple, convenient, and has a large window to enjoy the mountain view. They also served kind a healthy breakfast in great amount to start your day.
Definitely recommend, for anyone who visiting Shuangqiao Valley or nearby to spend a night or two here for relaxing and recharging energy.
It would be great, if they also run a small eatery and provide dinner to make the homestay merrier :)"

"The room was very clean and well-lit, and it was tidied up perfectly. The surroundings are great, with many small shops and mini-marts nearby, making it convenient for buying things. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and proactively asked about my well-being, even offering to help with my luggage. For those who enjoy hiking, this is a great place to stay as it's very close to Changpinggou, just a few minutes' walk to the park entrance. I picked this hotel randomly and it definitely didn't disappoint; it's really good!"

"I received my best friend from another province. She passed by here on her way to western Sichuan. I ordered a surprise room online. The price was super affordable. It was a wooden house with a starry sky ceiling so you could see the night sky. Toothpaste, toothbrush, and slippers were provided. It was very convenient to take a shower. The bed was also very comfortable. I heard from the front desk in the morning that it was a latex mattress. It was really worth the price to stay in such a high-end room. There was also a large rose garden outside the room, but the roses hadn't bloomed much this time. The boss said that the weather was cold this year and the roses would bloom later, probably in May. I look forward to bringing the kids here to play next time they bloom. It's also very close to Mount Siguniang, about half an hour's drive away. The altitude was also lower this time, which was very good."

LLixiangdefeilunLocation: Inside Shuangqiaogou, there are only two or three decent hotels. We booked the Guanyue Hotel, which was surprisingly nice.
The room had a nice view, depending on the weather.
The hotel service was excellent. They called several times beforehand to answer questions and provide assistance. The emotional value was fantastic. Arrival was also very well arranged. We went out to play first, and a driver brought our luggage to the hotel. The next day, we only had to play, and the driver took our luggage down the mountain. Very thoughtful.
The room wasn't soundproof, but the altitude was tiring, so I slept fine, though I woke up early.
The owner was very friendly and talkative. Late at night, Lao Wang had severe altitude sickness, a headache, and vomiting. I went downstairs and wanted to buy a Coke, but the owner gave me two headache pills, which immediately relieved me. Thank you so much.
The food was also delicious: matsutake chicken soup, roasted lamb leg, beef, and vegetables for 120 yuan per person, with refills except for the meat. Dinner was quite good during peak season and at such a popular destination. I drank three bowls of chicken soup. Ha ha.

The front desk staff, especially the young lady, was incredibly warm and attentive. The facilities are comprehensive, with underfloor heating so it's not cold at all. Overall, it was a great experience. This is definitely my top choice for accommodation when visiting Mount Siguniang, and I highly recommend it! P.S. The little dog at the front desk is so cute! ☺️

MMy legs hurt.Our room was at the top, offering unobstructed views of the mountains from several angles. It was the first hotel after climbing the hill in front of the bus station to Changping. We were traveling alone with our 10-year-old child. The hotel's hostess was the most lovely, fast-working, cheerful and lively woman. She helped us with everything, from small matters to big ones, like missing our bus to Chengdu. We stayed here for three nights and slept comfortably every night. The food in the restaurant was delicious, with many flowers blooming outside the windows. The cook was very kind. Even though we couldn't communicate clearly, she helped us with everything. We survived this trip because of the lovely people from this hotel.

GGuest UserI booked a double room, but the owner was very kind and upgraded me to a starry sky room for free. The room was quite large and clean. It's a very nice guesthouse, and it's convenient for eating and drinking, just a few hundred meters from the entrance of the scenic area. I would recommend it.

GGuest UserThe owner is super nice! There's also an adorable little dog named ”Huahua” who is incredibly gentle and not afraid of people. She even does targeted 'fan service' – absolutely adorable!!!
The guesthouse is very close to the entrance of Changping Valley Scenic Area. The surrounding infrastructure is excellent, with supermarkets and breakfast shops nearby.
The guesthouse facilities are top-notch, and the rooms are very clean. Plus, they have underfloor heating and free oxygen bags, so we slept incredibly comfortably at night! The first floor has a restaurant and a bar, beautifully decorated – perfect for taking photos, haha.
The yak hotpot is also amazing, delicious and great value for money. Highly recommend!

PPolina UWe stayed at this hotel with a large group, so we had different room types. Everyone was happy with their rooms! This isn't my first time in this part of China, so I can compare hotels with each other.
A special thank you to the hotel owners for their thoughtfulness, friendliness, and help with transportation! And for the delicious gift we all received – fresh local apples.
About the details:
The rooms are large, very spacious, and there's plenty of room for everything. My room even had a bathtub next to the bed – perfect after trekking through the mountain valley! There's plenty of storage space too: a large wardrobe, nightstands, and a table. The bathroom has a large surface area near the sink for toiletries.
The water pressure and heating are excellent. The shower has all the essentials, and the hotel provides decent terry towels (in this region, hotels often provide disposable towels instead of regular ones, which is quite inconvenient). They even provided us with disposable towels in addition to the regular towels! This would probably be useful in the summer heat – we'd take them with us on a trek. We didn't need them in the fall, but it was still nice.
There's an elevator, even though there aren't many floors. That's an added bonus.
The bed is comfortable and very wide. The bed linens are in perfect condition. There are no heated sheets (but we haven't needed them yet, as it's not that cold in October). However, there is underfloor heating that can be turned on or off as needed. This is convenient, as some of us were cold and had to turn it on, while others were still too hot in October.
Although the hotel is located by the road, it was quiet at night; we could even sleep with the window open without any disturbances. Almost all the hotels here are by the road – that's just the way the town is set up. But there's no road noise after 10 or 11 PM.
The breakfast situation is a bit strange – the hotel is clearly trying to find its own format. Over three days, we had three breakfast options: a prepared Chinese-style table for the group, a buffet, and noodles from a nearby restaurant. Our entire group unanimously chose the buffet – the food was delicious and filling. The dishes were Chinese, but they also suited our Russian group perfectly. So, our general recommendation was to stick with the buffet.
The hotel is clearly new, clean, and not shabby. I hope they clean it well and it stays that way for a long time! I have a chance to see that next year.
There are plenty of restaurants and cafes near the hotel, as well as small shops. The town itself consists of hotels, cafes, and shops catering to tourists.
Overall, I can confidently recommend the hotel.

Accommodation upstairs, meals downstairs can be gathered, floor heating and hot water are the favorites, parking at the door is very convenient.
