The most surprising thing about this trip to Lugu Lake is that I chose Anxia Resort Hotel! You can see the beautiful lake view when you open the window. The mist in the morning is like a fairyland, and the sunset glows all over the lake. Every frame is as healing as an oil painting. The room design is simple and warm, the bedding is comfortable, and even the bathtub faces the lake view. It feels like being between heaven and earth when taking a bath~
Special thanks to the housekeeper Xiao Li for his thoughtful service! From the route guidance before check-in to daily travel suggestions, even helping to book a car around the lake and giving hot drinks, he was responsive throughout the whole process and was as warm as a friend. The location of the hotel is also very convenient. You can walk to the lakeside in a few minutes to be in a daze, which really realizes the dream of âlying down to see the sceneryâ!
If you come to Lugu Lake, Anxia must be my only choice! Five stars are not enough to express my love. Next time, I will come to Xiao Li to check in the different lakes and mountains in four seasons~"

"The hotel is in a quieter and less busy part of the lake, closer to the big mountain.
Room was very quiet and warm at night in early April. There is a heater in the bathroom so I felt like in a sauna.
The mattress can also be heated on colder days.
They provide a ton of snacks like chocolate, nuts, wafers. We also had afternoon tea once we arrived. Their breakfast is very impressive and not spicy.
Thereâs no lift but a very nice staff girl çŽç helped us to carry our bags up and down. We also asked if we can get some snacks for our trip back to Lijiang, and she gave so many rose cakes for free. Very satisfied with the service.
They also picked us up from another hotel on a car."

Lovely, clean and new hotel, the boss was also very hospitable, exactly the stay and experience I was looking for. Minimarts are located just beside the lobby. The lobby had the nicest view of the lake ever. Highly recommend!

The hotel is by the pier and there is a coffee shop downstairs. You can see the beautiful view of Lugu Lake while sitting in the room. The little brother was very enthusiastic and helped pick up and drop off the luggage. He also upgraded the room during the off-season. The weather was nice when I came here to play. When I got up early, I could see the sunrise, the lake during the day, and the stars in the sky at night. If you are not pressed for time, you can walk around the pier downstairs of the hotel in the morning, day or night, and you will gain different views and moods.

I booked a lake view room and the view was unparalleled. The room was clean, the bedding was new, and the breakfast was delicious. Especially the guy at the front desk was very welcoming and helped us carry the suitcases. He also helped us carry our luggage to the bus before leaving. Thank you very much. Would recommend to anyone visiting Lugu Lake! Very clean hotel right near the water. We got the lake view room and it was great sitting outside and looking at the water. The service was great! They showed us around their traditional ç„æŻć± and told us about their family historywhich was a treat and helped us get tickets to the local bonfire event.

Upon arrival, hotel manager Lamu greeted us with a warm smile and told us she could upgrade us to an even nicer room to welcome us to her lovely guesthouse. The location was great, the view wonderful and the breakfasts each morning were just right (and they served you sitting, vs. having to go through a buffet line)! The decor of the hotel is stunningly beautiful with lush gardens, rustic antiques and modern amenities all complementing one another. Lamu kindly offered to help us with any local tourism or transportation needs and easily accommodated our request to add a day onto our reservation, even giving us her personal cell phone number to contact her with any needs. We will definitely stay there each time we visit Lugu Lake!
