MM302612****入住期間體驗感很好，所有工作人員的服務都特別好！非常細心耐心熱情，會按照你的需求給你分房間，提供幫助。房間乾淨整潔，環境舒適，餐廳食物豐富可口！（很多五星級賓館都沒有這樣的服務態度）網上下訂單時，告知了有點不舒服，工作人員提前在房間裏開了暖氣，製氧，加濕器，幫忙拿行李，還特意送了氧氣瓶和緩解的葯物。主動幫忙點餐送到房間。需要打印的資料也很快打印好送達，辦事效率很高！（會貼心的送下午茶，夜宵）沒有一個工作人員要好評，都是自己發自內心的評價。之後如果來格爾木，還會選黃河國際酒店，也會推薦給大家~

The front desk lady patiently introduced the hotel and the swimming pool and gym. I also went to experience them. The service of the swimming pool staff was also very good and warm.
