"We returned again for another fab stay this time for longer, we had a great time. Colette once again is absolutely fantastic goes above and beyond n my kids absolutely love her! Neil was absolutely fantastic, friendly and helpful nothing was ever too much trouble even when we had issues with the room card etc he helped with ease, Maddison was also brilliant and helpful and the food we had there for not only breakfasts each morning but our dinner there was delicious. We will always return. Great location, great rooms, clean and spacious, fab prices, friendly helpful staff."

"We had a lovely stay at Premier Inn Rhuddlan and were really happy overall. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and everything felt very welcoming. Just a few small suggestions — the bathroom floor was quite cold, so a bath mat would be really helpful. The breakfast and dimmer took a bit longer than expected, and it would be great to have some halal food options too. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily come again!"

"I was pleasantly surprised. After reading some reviews I was worried but as soon as we arrived those worries disappeared. Tiger on reception and Chris in the restaurant were fantastic. The room was lovely and clean. Food was wonderful and the new restaurant was great. Look forward to coming back later in the year."

"I advise staying elsewhere, I'm sure it was a HMO the first night was horrendous with doors banging music blasting and people running about everywhere, we where on the 3rd floor at the back, so no need for anyone to pass our room!!!!!!! The guy on reception wanted our bank details even though it was cash payment ? He took our money through a little gap at the top of a screen covering reception, the room badly needed updating although clean . Only seen 3 other guests at breakfast ( which was ok) who was making all the noise was a mystery, please give it a miss as it wasn't even a bargain price poor place☹️☹️"
