Premier Inn Rhyl Seafront

To call the hotel Premier Inn is not very fair. The experience was very poor. In the hotel room, neighbouring "staff only" room through the wall, some of the pillows were dirty and smelled mouldy, one of the bedlights was not working, the TV had a wake up programmed for 23.00, and staff was clonking around the room next door from midnight for about an hour. I spoke to staff at the reception about it in the morning, stating all the issues and giving them option to rectify them. The pillows were replaced, but the light wasn't sorted. It was just a matter of a new light bulb, but didn't happen. Staff was still clonking about the next night, but at least the TV didn't come on, because I turned it off on the socket. If you are thinking of visiting g, chose traveldodge 5 min down the road, cruelly on seafront, and a new building.

I stay at Rhyl regularly with work, and I cannot fault the team at this hotel. They are always warm, friendly, helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Tracy in the bar area is especially helpful - and super-attentive, especially when I'm working late in the bar area! The room is clean and I always have everything I need. I have stayed in more 'exclusive' hotels all over the world, but can't fault the Rhyl team for always being consistently great - making my time in Rhyl a pleasure. Thanks everyone!

What a lovely peaceful place to stay. The restaurant gets busy and loud . But the food is good and we enjoyed the continental breakfast. The staff were very welcoming and polite. The room was spotless and the bed comfy. The bathroom was immaculate. The room was lovely and quiet at night. My only complaint is the window doesn't open and the air con doesn't do the same as fresh air through an open window.

Great stay Cass, Steve, Aj, Daniel great staff Friendly polite nothing to much trouble. Room clean fresh, heating rapid, bathroom clean bright all power points and lights worked. Bed comfy and clean as was pillows, having car park next door so convenient. I'll be back

We was very impressed with our stay at Rhyl Seafront Premier Inn, the room was immaculate, very comfortable and clean, (they had just received new beds). The hotel staff here were all very friendly and very helpful, the man on reception in the morning let us store our luggage in the hotel before we checked in as we got there too early. Also the 2 ladies on the front desk, a manager and a girl who seemed to be doing her training checked us in swiftly and they were very welcoming and friendly. I have stayed in lots of hotels including many Premier Inns and this hotel in Rhyl is one of the best I've stayed in. Credit to all staff and management. I would highly recommend staying here and I would definitely consider returning again. :) 💜 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had three separate rooms and all were very clean and comfy, breakfast was lovely and fresh. Staff were so so good with ourselves and the kids. Perfect location and park is only a two minute walk around the back of the building. Easy check in and parking is free.

I was very impressed with the service from the young lady cas on reception that checked us in .. she was so welcoming and polite I would definitely come again just because of this lady , room was also great 👍 I came last year and can't wait to come again with the kids

Parking and check in absolutly perfect. It was when we opened the door to our room that things went downhill! We were met with a huge stink of smoke! Went straight down to reception to see if they could change our room, which was not possible as they were fully booked. The Guy on the desk said he'd come up and see our room. He walked in and said he couldn't smell a thing! My friend asked if he was a smoker to which he replied he was. He was insinuating we were making up this smell. And told us we were being too sensitive. He went and got some industrial room freshener... which lasted all of an hour. We had to wedge the door open with a chair, as the windows don't open. We went and spent money on several air fresheners, none of which really helped much at all. The extraction in the bathroom wasn't working either The TV controls wouldn't work. They said they were the wrong controls for the tele.. quite a simple thing to check really! We also had issues with our key card not working,and they had to come and rest the door lock! Also front door to hotel was out of action. We won't be back!

My pillows were awful really hard like trying to sleep on rocks first night didnt get a wink of sleep second night went and bought a feather pillow so slept.Basic room but clean couple of issues heating did not work remote control didnt either told reception, but instead of providing another one was told to switch on at back of tv highly inconvenient.The wifi would not load either so was without internet ,the front door was also faulty so we had to go around to the back felt rather unsafe.on a positive note there waz a lot of choice at breakfast but bacon and sausages were cooked and left to stand so wasnt a great experience its in a good location and what you expect really from the cheaper end of the market dont think id stay there again
