"There were no slippers in the room, and it was quite cold and dark. The air conditioner warmed the room, but the toilet and bathroom were still very cold. The breakfasts were okay, but there were no fresh fruits or vegetables. It's a long way from the metro. The tram is a short walk through courtyards, which is difficult to navigate the first time."
