"Your typical Ibis chain hotel, get what you are prepared to pay for. great location to Gare De Rennes if training. Rooms are typically budget sized with ensuite pods . In saying that reasonably sized shower. Comfortable enough for an overnite stay. Continental buffet breakfast option adequate , very french. Comfortable enough beds. Would rate good as opposed to average."

"The location is excellent in the old city part, very close to my convention place with many restaurants nearby. The hotel building is old, with only one one-man elevator. The shower is very bad: a small tube just enough for one person standing. The water was small and the hot water was not hot enough. During my stay, the internet did not work. There were two nights with noisy party nearby until 2:00 am. The hotel is a 2.5 star than the 3-star hotel."

"On a business trip to Rennes, I chose Appart’City for its proximity to the establishment where I was going. Arrival was easy, the reception is open until midnight on Sundays. The staff is welcoming, with a smile, and it’s pleasant. The room is generally clean, with a few flaws: poorly painted, lack of electrical outlets, curtains with flapping rails, and not very clean windows. I recommend using the parking lot, it’s very difficult to park nearby. The spaces are narrow despite everything… The big downside is the lack of civility of the people (doors slamming constantly, even after 11 p.m. and before 7 a.m.), and the work that was taking place in the establishment on the elevator that started early in the morning (at 8 a.m. it’s already banging…)"
