"Location is exceptional, atmosphere is fantastic too, evening shows are great too. It was great value for money and was very clean too. The staff cannot do enough for you and very polite during our stay. My only negatives are; to make it a true 5 star accommodation it needs to sort the old equipment out in the gym, The treadmills are not fit for purpose whatsoever and the AC within the gym was non-functional to the point where running outside in 27 degrees was cooler than doing so in the gym. Also, buffet meals get very boring and repetitive for lunches and evening meals as only allowed to book the 3 premium restaurants once in during a 7 night stay. Was not impressed with the dessert Kulmarium Gourmet restaurant, it was still frozen when presented to us and even when replaced it had ice inside it - albeit less than the 1st serving. Also no tables to put drinks by the sun lounges. Would I still recommend and stay here again, yes 100% and hope they take my criticism as a positive and make some adjustments."

"I have to write a review to say the last review is not the experience we had in June 2025, must have gone to a completely different hotel, My partner and I had a great relaxing holiday, there are 3 pools, 2 swim up, I could easily do an hour swimming lengths in the morning in the swim up pool, both swim up pools have to be at least a length long, what more can you ask if you, like I, love to get in a couple of lengths in, total rubbish about the review about the pools, there is one very large pool, for families and adults, with lots of sunbeds available. The food at both buffet restaurants is absolutely lovely with lots of choices, I can't understand this person's negative review. I'm a bit annoyed about this as it is such a beautiful hotel, beautiful staff and lots and lots of friendly guests, all nationalities. Myself and partner are coming back on 14 June 2027, we do not normally go to the same hotel, but we adored it."

"Animation team are very good. Particularly Darlene Calsal, Alice & Jason. Facilities are good, but there are several broken deckchairs both round the pool & on the beach. Tables do not get cleared enough & this brings multiple flies, both in the restaurant and at the bar areas. The surf school on the beach never opened in the 10 day that we were here. There is a restaurant on site apart from the buffet, but no one tells you about it. It is very nice with good food, although with a limited menu."

"The hotel is predominantly Italian people, I was I think the only English person! However the staff are friendly and the location fabulous! A short walk to the fabulous beach (uphill on the way back) but not that strenuous. Rooms are basic but good they have everything you need and it was quiet. Pool area is lovely and clean. Nighttime entertainment is low key it’s a place to relax. Food is plentiful and of a good standard. Overall a pleasant stay."
