this is my 2nd time and I’m very satisfied with the service, they have professional and helpful staffs, large rooms and location is great, just behind SM North the block and Trinoma, I will for sure book again next time

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure every detail was taken care of. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was convenient, close to shops.
The only area for improvement would be the breakfast selection, which could offer a bit more variety. Overall, a pleasant experience — I would definitely stay here again!

May ipis, walang mapanood sa TV walang channel, Slow WiFi connection.
Ok naman ang location malapit sa trinoma, ok din ang service, may bayad ang parking hndi sa included.
Sakto lng amenities, maganda yung canteen.

If you're looking for a room, you'll definitely get one. Very affordable to.
room only with basic kits such as towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, soap and shampoo. TV with cable box, but not a smart TV. Yung towels may konting punit. Bed sheet looks good, and clean, may stains lang talaga na hindi natatanggal which makes us think kung nalabhan ba talaga hehehe. Great city view, kaso for safety siguro, nakaclose (permanently) yung balcony and windows

It was really nice to stay in this hotel. But they don't have appliances to use. Like kettle or anything to heat your food even cutlery.
