This hotel is not even worth 3 Star in terms of hygiene & cleanliness. The sofas placed in the living room were dirty and even room was not opening because of faulty lock

Mahendra and his team were superlative in providing top notch service. Great job, please keep it up.
The icing on the cake was the Breakfast - good spread, sumptuous and ***y options to chose from. Thoroughly enjoyed. Will definitely visit them again.

Room was quiet good ,equipped with every useful amenity .
Staff is polite and professional.Housekeeping Team is just a call away .The Only Problem here was the Washroom, that used to accumulate water post a shower ,Housekeeping was always there to help but I believe it’s a design Flaw .Anyways overall ,it was really Good experience

My husband and I stayed at this hotel from January 22-23 and again from January 25-27, 2024. We were greatly assisted by Anand, at the front desk. Anand was kind enough to get us a meal on the night of January 22nd when we checked in late at the hotel. Also, Anand was so kind to take good care of a suitcase that we had left in the cloak room to be picked up on the 25th. Likewise the staff in the dining room were very good as well. Last but not the least, housekeeping staff were wonderful. The room on the 9th floor from January 25-27 was very good. Thank you so much, Anand!!! My husband Swaminathan and I really appreciate all your kind assistance to us, and in arranging a car for us to go to Dehu, Alandi, and Jejuri. You guys know how best to take care of your guests!!! Thank you all!!

My stay at Fairfield Marriott Pune was disappointing. Although they accommodated my request for an early check-in, a concerning incident unfolded when two guests requested access to my room for forgotten items in my room while i was not in the room. Shockingly, the hotel granted them access to my room in my absence. The gravity of the situation became more apparent during checkout when I raised this issue with the receptionist. Her response was disconcerting as she initially claimed to have seen me right outside the hotel when the guests requested the room key. I refuted this, explaining that I was at a friend's place during that time. However, the receptionist changed her stance, suggesting that since I left with the guests, she thought it was acceptable to provide them with the key. This incident revealed multiple security breaches: Granting access without my explicit permission, despite having the main guests' IDs and contact details on record. Proper protocol should have involved contacting me first. The unsatisfactory handling of a customer complaint, with inconsistent explanations and a lack of professionalism. These lapses in security and customer service are concerning and warrant serious attention from the hotel ***agement. Improvement in these areas is essential to ensure the safety and satisfaction of guests.

Stayed at this hotel for 1 night last month. This is an amazing hotel and as a Titanium, I was upgraded to a very spacious 1 BR suite. Breakfast was excellent (100 times better than the breakfast you get at US Fairfield Inns) with a wide variety of Indian and Continental items. The Hotel staff was very courteous and always went above and beyond. Overall a very nice stay and I plan to visit this hotel next time I am in Pune.
