"The hotel bedding is too soft, the pillows and mattress are too soft, which led to a stiff neck the next day. The middle of the bed sank in while sleeping. The room space is a bit small, especially with a vertical metal bar in the middle of the desk/bar area, which makes the space feel even smaller when working on a computer or reading. Breakfast was decent, with vegetable salads, meats, and bread. The location is convenient, an 8-minute walk from Prato Centrale station. There's a small river next to the road in front of the hotel with a fitness trail, good for walks when the weather gets warmer."

"On the second day after I checked in, I came back and found that the key could not open the room. It was the most primitive kind of key. When I found the front desk, it was still the same man wearing glasses. He couldn't open it even after he came up. He asked me to follow him downstairs to the front desk. He told me to follow him downstairs to the front desk. I was charged 5 euros to take out a spare key. Considering that I had to pay for my own safety in a foreign country, this is a standard black shop. Please don't stay here!"
