Great hotel, I recommend it to everyone. Polite staff who are ready to help with every little thing. Breakfasts are amazing, coffee is just super, lots of pastries, everything is fresh and tasty. Great location, near the train station and metro. Lots of interesting entertainment in the hotel itself.

Aside from being a bit noisy due to its proximity to the train tracks, everything else is great. Simple cooking is possible. The cleaning lady did an exceptionally good job, and the space is quite large. This is fantastic.

This hotel combines the advantages of family hotels and hotel services. The front desk is very welcoming, English is very good, the environment is very quiet, very close to the railway station and subway, and convenient transportation. The kitchenette is great

Good location and nearby Central Station but only one pack of welcome water when checked in , and the following days didn’t have it. The B’fast box was very good if you have early flight, please do not hesitate just order it to counter staffs by one day before !

Hotel was great! The staff was very kind and nice. Our room was big and spacious, very clean, and everything worked perfectly. The breakfast was good and the place had an overall nice vibe. It’s not very close to the city center, and there are some curious locations around it. A lot of restaurants and bars in the area, also some supermarkets. I would recommend this place if you are young and energetic and if you don’t mind the 20 minute walk to the city center. But over all it was a very pleasant experience and a great place for the value!

A nice hotel, a little out of the way but it meant it was a nice quiet area. Large room, clean. A little old fashioned but had everything we needed. Helpful and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend, as long as you don't mind being a little far from the centre.

The hotel was nice and super clean, well situated, close to transport. The only problem is that they put the heat up really high. Looks like it’s a common heater for all rooms. We had about 40°C in our room and the bathroom. We asked to the front desk clerk if they could turn it off. They said they would but they didn’t. He had to sleep half naked and with both windows open because it was extremely hot inside the room. At the end of March I think it’s a little too much.

Value-for-Money Stay with Room for Improvement Hotel Diplomatic offers good value for money, especially with its comfortable beds and quality pillows which made for a restful stay. The breakfast spread was generous and satisfying. However, some finishes—particularly the flooring—could use a refresh to better reflect the hotel’s 4-star rating. It would also be helpful to have insect screens on the windows, especially since the air conditioning is centrally controlled. While the location is a bit removed from the main attractions, it's still reasonable considering the price point.

I loved my room, it had a great view from the balcony. I loved the power shower. The bedroom was clean, comfy and a good size. I also loved it's location. I'm an invalid but I was able to reach the train station and all the lovely shops. Breakfast was perfect for me. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I will definitely promote your beautiful hotel. Also the living room was really beautiful and comfy.
