Pet Friendly Hotels in Catania

The house and its location was great. Walking distance to major hubs which made it convenient to go to other cities. Our host Igor was a great personality. During our 6 nights of stay he was very responsive to all our needs. All his suggestion of restaurants and places were top notch. We look forward to revisiting B&B Marcello’s casa to complete our Sicily tour.

La Cot is an absolutely amazing place to stay in Catania. It’s cozy, homely, peaceful, and unique. Ninni is the most wonderful host, we were so happy to meet him and stay in his hospitality. We will definitely stay there again if we go to Catania!

Best location near the old town.  Walk to most of the attractions in 15 minutes.  The host is warm and friendly.  Love the breakfast and snacks.   The room is large enough and comfortable.!!

Casa Verdi feels like a family environment. Very hospitable, very friendly, and has a chaotic kitten who is adorable. Unfortunately showers are very low pressure, and if someone uses the tap in the kitchen or another shower at the same time the water turns to a trickle. Laundry is available and fairly cheap. There is a fridge and kitchen available and close transport to city centre and airport which are also explained by the staff. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

I spent a comfortable night in the CALCEDONIO REINA suite and it can be said to be very beautiful. The room is large, beautifully decorated and soundproofed. Great bed and endless space. The double hydrojacuzzi in the dedicated area is very beautiful with TV and air conditioning. A significant plus. Two separate bathroom partitions bring unique relaxation, huge bathroom with large shower. Suite includes breakfast. Staff were friendly (although the desk is not open 24 hours, phone number is provided if need help). Hotel is located in the city center, opposite the beautiful garden. It is a perfect place to stay but there is no elevator that has to take the stairs, which is something to remember.

The hotel has a good location. There are many antiques, paintings and so on inside. Unfortunately there were cockroaches in my room. When I saw a cockroach for the first time, I thought it was an accident. But when the next day I saw a cockroach in the same place and another one above the bed, I asked to change the room. The owner began to explain to me where cockroaches come from (everyone already knows this). And reluctantly they changed my number. Luckily, I didn’t see any cockroaches in the second room.

I'm delighted to share my experience at this hotel. It's truly an excellent hotel: the room was very comfortable and pleasant, with meticulous attention to detail. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail—small gestures like leaving fresh bottles of water and candy every day really make a difference and demonstrate great care and a positive attitude toward guests. The location is also a major plus. It's true that the entrance through the parking lot can be a little difficult to find at first, but once you arrive, you discover that the hotel is in an excellent location: close to the seafront, easily accessible on foot, in a very pleasant, clean, and quiet neighborhood. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and will definitely return in the future. I highly recommend it.

Although you are in the middle of the event, but unfortunately it is so noisy until late to the night that it was hard to think of relaxing sleep. The single room was very simplely furnished. The closet was defect, the bed was wacky, and in the bathroom it smells permanently unpleasant to waste water – even if it was in principle clean. The operator was friendly, but seemed rather restraint and not very engaged. Overall my stay was okay for one night, but for a longer stay I would not recommend the accommodation.

Excellent location, structure a little dated in the furnishings but still pleasant and functional. Equipped with a beautiful outdoor pool that however given the period we did not use.

Hotel very clean. Great service. Unfortunately, the breakfasts leave much to be desired. But the gratification is great coffee.
