The hotel is in a very good location, close to many famous attractions in Bologna. The service staff are very kind and the rooms are clean and beautiful. It is a good choice for accommodation in Bologna.

I Visited Bologna solo for a long weekend (Friday to Sunday) check in desk is 24 hours which is helpful since I arrived later. The room was small but clean and well equipped the hotel is extremely well located, 30 seconds walk from the main square with plenty of restaurants and bars around. amazing breakfast included in the hotel. I would definitely recommend, and revisit next time I’m in Bologna

This was my second stay at this hotel, and I definitely wouldn't stay here again if it wasn't good. First of all, the location is absolutely fantastic! ദ്ദി（˵ •̀ ᴗ - ˵ ） ✧ It's very convenient whether you're arriving in Bologna from the airport or starting your trip from Bologna Central Station. The breakfast is also excellent! ദ്ദി（• ˕ •マ.ᐟ） The selection is comprehensive, the taste is great, and they start serving at 6:30 am, which is perfect for those taking early high-speed trains. The taxi service is also excellent 👌🏻 It's very convenient to get to various attractions. If I come to Bologna again, I will definitely stay at this international hotel again.

The 24-hour reception is super convenient, and they let you store your luggage for free beforehand. The staff are friendly and professional. There's an elevator, and the room was quite spacious with new amenities, making for a very comfortable stay. The kitchen is huge, with plenty of utensils and counter space available. It's located in a residential area, so you have to walk a bit to find shops, but it's not too far. Overall, it was a great stay; I was satisfied with everything.

We only stayed one night, but we had no problems. We had a great time. The staff was friendly and helpful. There's no carpeting, but there are faux fur rugs that tend to collect dust (to be considered if you have allergies). The station is conveniently located within walking distance.

Очень холодно! Вентиляция холодным потоком воздуха дует прямо в номер, прямо на нашу кровать! И её не отключить, на ресепшене нам сказали, что так во всех номерах. Мы спали в тёплой одежде, с головой укрывшись под одеялом!!!! Это ужасно! Вы сделали хорошую гостиницу, но какой в этом смысл, если ваши гости будут мёрзнуть и болеть во время путешествия!!! Из-за вас мы уехали из этого номера больные. Не рекомендуем этот отель! Так же в номере нет чайника и тапочек.

We have only stayed one night and did not look out for all the facilities in the hotel. The room and bathroom was good and all that we needed was there. The pillows were a little too hard. Beds were good. Nice breakfast with a lot of veriety. Service was nice and professional. The hotel is a little of the centre - but easy and nice walk of about 20-25 minutes.

There was no direction on how to turn on the heather. Tried to call receptionist, no information to which number to dial. In most of hotel you dialled 0 then you will get the receptionist. Apparently this hotel has 3 digits number to dial the receptionist and again, there was no instructions how to contact receptionist. I was too tired to go down asking about the heather. We ended up with sleeping on the freezer that night.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is within walking distance from Plaza Maggiore and the twin towers. The room is clean and tidy and the space is suitable. Although it is on the side of the street, the windows are very soundproof. The car should be parked in the parking lot next to the VIII parking lot. The elevator comes up to McDonald's, and the hotel is further ahead. The hotel registers the license plate when checking in, and the hotel will help process ZTL records when checking out. Because Italy generally charges for children over 2 years old, they always book a triple room with a double bed and a single bed.

I enjoyed my stay at the Astor :) the room had a funny smell, the breakfast was very uninspiring, and one could hear every noise from every corner all the time, but the room also was large and comfortable and the bathroom was good and everyone on staff was very friendly and helpful - it was a relief to stay at a place where it felt a lot like being at home. I definitely would stay again.
